Food was good. Service ans atmosphere could use some work although the atmosphere around the store isn't their fault. Bad governmental policy created that.

It was great till I realized that they're jamocha shake machine was broken. What?! The drive through attendant said it's been down for a week, waiting for parts. Uugh! That was pretty much the reason for my visit. Must check different locations.

Love this place. Recently I managed to lose my card there; they hung into it and checked my ID at pickup. THANK YOU!! The coupons for Arby's are top flight lately. Also they've been better at having fresh fries than most any fast food around. consistent food quality too.

Health inspectors need to randomly and more frequently inspect this Arby's (8th Street). The person in the back making the sandwiches was using her gloved hands to scratch her face, pull up her pants, touch multiple non food items, and her headset - not once did she change her gloves and she continued making sandwiches throughout all this. Restaurant was dirty. Young lady working the counter seemed to have listening issues, which resulted in communication issues. They seemed to be short staffed. You have to have a code to use the bathroom, the code they give you either doesn't work or is wrong. The have a sensor thing on the doors to let them know someone has come inside -it is painfully loud - you can buy one that has sensors on the door and the tiny speaker put somewhere else, so you can hear it in the back without damaging someone's hearing.

Super need of change of employees here ..The lady in front looked so not caring for this establishment. The cook looks around the corner and shakes head at each new customer upon walking in.
Can't seem to get a single delivery order right last 3 times you forgot the au jus. Hire smarter people.
