Ordered at the drive through, got a double beef & cheddar. Drove to work & realized there was no sauce no cheese & the sandwich was cold. I drove back & asked for a new sandwich & my money back because I had to drive back. He gave me my money back & I waiting 10+ minutes & asked where my food was. He said he just gave me a refund and I said I've been waiting for a sandwich & the manager then said ya I didn't know why you were waiting I gave you you're money back. So I threw the old sandwich away and left. Awful service don't recommended.

When we walked in warm welcomes were exchanged. Food was hot and came out quickly. Tables were clean and I wished our Arby's was like this one. (We are from out of state)

Had The Good Burger meal, as did my son and we were both equally impressed! My son commented on how perfectly cooked his patty was. We did order the burgers with the sauce on the side, I would order it that way again. The burger sauce is a little on the sweet side for me, I assume it's the relish in it. The crinkle fries were yummy and the strawberry shake was good.I was very impressed with the service and professionalism from the staff. This order was placed in the drive thru but even from that perspective the staff seemed to work well together as a team. They were friendly and polite. And my food was ready in a timely manner.The burgers were made as requested (no tomato on 1 sauce on the side for both).Aside from tonight's order this Arby's has proved to be consistent overall, but our normal orders consist of a cookie and a shake and you can't get much wrong there so, nice to see they follow through on the rest on the menu as well.
