Haven't been to an Arby's in a long time, but these guys? Excellent customer service, great food, clean restaurant. One of the best fast food experiences I've had in a long time!

I'm out of town working and arbys is my go to but this particular one was not good at all. I asked for crinkle fries and they gave me curly fries. Food was cold and I didn't eat it. I suggest a manager change because that's who served me

If you want old and low-quality food, this is the place. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the last two times I've been to this location, I received old fries that had been sitting there for who knows how long. The last time I was there, I ordered their four-piece mozzarella sticks; three of them were old and soggy. Only one was fresh. I understand trying to save money, but this food is disgusting and unacceptable. Have some pride when you're charging $12.00 plus for a meal.

First of all the food was very cold, like pretty much frozen I’m not even exaggerating this. And then one of the white workers, she is a girl I don’t know her name, anyways she was on the phone and she was pretty much working alone, and she was on the phone for a minute before taking my order. And while she was on the phone I heard her say the n word to one of her friends. Horrible Arby’s I would honestly go to the one at 5710 N Academy instead, they have good food AND service.

All of their sandwiches are delicious! The curly fries are always hot and fresh and they are not stingy with their condiments haha! The staff is always so nice thank you all foe being amazing 🙂

I love doordashing for this Arby’s, theyre super chill! I havent tried their food yet at all so i left 4 stars, but otherwise the staff is super nice and this location is very very clean honestly
The burger I got was clearly undercooked. Additionally, we found a human hair in the Gyro we got from the Longmont location. They have serious hygiene issues.
