Arby's MANAGEMENT TAKE NOTICE. I was at this Arby's 9/29/2025 at 5pm. The girl who was working the counter served a handicapped person in a wheelchair chair. She went over and beyond to bring the person his meal to the floor and even arrange it for him to make it easier for him. Arby's give this girl a ATTA-GIRL ! So helpful so friendly.

I'm rating this simply on the food as this was a Door Dash order. The food arrived hot, fresh and well packed. Special orders were handled correctly. The reason that this is only three stars is because I ordered and paid for a large order of curly fries, what I received was between a small and medium amount of curly fries in a large pod. I spent over 70 dollars on my order, and that was with some significant discounts, I would expect to not be screwed out of half of my order of fries. Not cool Arby's, save money on somebody else, not on the person that ordered three bags of food. Half a pod full of fries is some Carl's Jr nonsense

I ordered the #4 burger. While I was eating it I noticed it was very pink in the middle. When I showed staff I was told they are to cook them medium rare. This is not acceptable since e-coli can be harbered in an under cooked burger. I never order a pink burger. I was not asked if I wanted an undercooked burger. I did not see anywhere on the menu that they only cook burgers to medium rare. I did throw the burger away.

i got the greek gyro and it wasn’t very good. i’ve had much better from any other place really even there. it’s like they got a new chef back there or sum. we need the greek guy or what ever he was back in there cookin up these gyros. besides that my root beer was good

Food served hot but the fries were old, stale, and gross. Seems like they fry the food too many times and then try to keep it warm too long. Had a gross aftertaste too. Get the sandwiches, but leave the fries… worst I’ve seen in a while.

I’ve always liked Arby’s, but this Arby’s has stepped up their game! Really nice interior remodel. Immaculately clean. The staff have been really friendly and helpful the last two times I have visited. Now they have these Mac-n cheese bites!! LOVE them! The roast beef sandwiches are delicious and hot. And who doesn’t love the curly fries! None in my pic because I ate them on our way home. Got 3 full meals, including sides for $40. I will definitely be eating at this Arbos more often!!
While being handed my drink the lid was not secured , popped off and spilled all over me, I wasn’t even offered napkins just a “sorry bout that bro” by the cashier…. I would have much rather liked to eat my food not wear it. I don’t feel the need to come back if this is how I am being treated
