I'm rating this simply on the food as this was a Door Dash order. The food arrived hot, fresh and well packed. Special orders were handled correctly. The reason that this is only three stars is because I ordered and paid for a large order of curly fries, what I received was between a small and medium amount of curly fries in a large pod. I spent over 70 dollars on my order, and that was with some significant discounts, I would expect to not be screwed out of half of my order...
I ordered the #4 burger. While I was eating it I noticed it was very pink in the middle. When I showed staff I was told they are to cook them medium rare. This is not acceptable since e-coli can be harbered in an under cooked burger. I never order a pink burger. I was not asked if I wanted an undercooked burger. I did not see anywhere on the menu that they only cook burgers to medium rare. I did throw the burger away.

I was at this Arby's 9/29/2025 at 5pm.
The girl who was working the counter served a handicapped person in a wheelchair chair. She went over and beyond to bring the person his meal to the floor and even arrange it for him to make it easier for him. Arby's give this girl a ATTA-GIRL ! So helpful so friendly.
