I like Arby's. Today was an off day for them. They asked me to pull up to wait for my food. Great. I prefer to wait and get fresh motz sticks than when I get microwaved soggy sticks. A staff member came up about 3 feet from my car window and started shouting, waving a bag at me, so I took it. She was practically throwing it in my window, so of course I took it. It was not my meal. It belonged to the man inside waiting for his meal. I took it back inside, and she was upset that I had taken his food and told him she'd have to remake it (obviously). Nothing was said to me.
Apparently, they had to remake my meal as well because I stool there the whole time they remade his meal and a while longer still passing time waiting for my motz. She finally asks what my order was as though I'm a sneaky one trying to steal someone else's meal. Once my credentials were properly verified, I was allowed to go on my way.. . with my now cold mozzarella sticks. 😞 At least they hadn't been microwaved.

I love Arby's and I've never had a bad experience at any location. The only problem (and I didn't even know this), but the only problem is that they don't open early enough or have breakfast. I tried this morning and I got a pre-recorded voice prompt telling me that they're sorry and don't do breakfast and to come back at a certain time. I'd buy a regular roast beef sandwich in the morning if they were open. That is my only complaint and so they still get five stars from me because the customer service is always amazing and so is the food. I think if they made some breakfast hours going 6-8am and then they wouldn't be wasting anything. All in all this is a great place with great customer service I don't think they could do it any better other than having certain breakfast hours for folks that are there earlier.

Food was good! No complaints :) nice quick easy in/out in the drive-thru. Pretty uneventful, which is what you want. I had a cheeseburger and fries and the fries were perfection! I must’ve come at the right time. Not upset about it lol

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. I've noticed a decline in fast food quality and service overall, but this Arby's had professional, polite employees, a decently clean dining area, quick service, and the sandwiches were actually well made.

It's an Arby's so the atmosphere is what it is....service was awesome, the shift manager helped on the rewards issue on the phone. The Gyro was awesome.
Got fresh chicken and extra sauce, and everyone working was very friendly - even though it was a slow time of the day. Roast beef was also great and loaded up. Thanks!
How can Arby's be out of beef on a Friday night at 7 pm? Unbelievable!! That is exactly what happened last night at this location.

Unlike their counterpart on south academy near the mall this place is amazing same lady there for years very cheerful great food made just right I prefer coming here for lunch it's worth the extra time to drive for good food good people and good atmosphere.
