My wife and I ordered meals tonight and unfortunately it was inedible! The roast beef was super dry and kind of tasted like tap water. It made me think that it was dropped on the floor, rinsed off and left under a heat lamp overnight. I’m very disappointed.

I try to be understanding locations can have off days. I general really like arbys. This location is by far the worst I've ever been to. Over the years I try this location maybe once a year thinking it might be better this next time, primarily because this location is closest to my home. Consistently I get bad subpar food and rude service. On my most recent trip I ordered for my wife and son and requested a moment to look at the menu for myself and the cashier sighed and gave me a moment to look then proceeded to snap the total for the food I had already ordered at me. Then the buns were stale and the meat had the discolored look like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. Does arbys even use heat laps? Will not be returning would recommend others avoid this location as well.

I did an online order and ordered a triple meat roast beef sandwich and a chicken Gordon blu meal…. While waiting the lady told me they were waiting on chicken for my sandwich. I get my food and realize they forgot the damn chicken!!!!!! They knew they were waiting for it and instead decided not to put it on there and just give me my sandwich anyways. So I got a ham and bun sandwich for 10$!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I

Best fast food burgers anywhere, and their other sandwiches are top tier, too. The staff here is amazing. I usually order ahead and I'm always greeted like a VIP. I could get something completely different every day. Roast beef, chicken, burgers, gyros, deli style sandwiches, the list goes on.
Idk if im tired or just over emotional but Marian literally made me tear up. She was so nice. Im so used to going out and people being so rude and acting like they hate their job. She was sooo wonderful and it really made my week

I had to leave a review. This establishment is absolutely phenomenal, they put other fast food restaurants to shame. I don't live in this part of town, but whenever I am I stop by. I came in today at around 2 pm, not even peak hours. I was met with amazingly friendly service from both employees I spoke to. The restaurant looks clean and polished. And the food ... The FOOD, outstanding. The fries were hot and fresh, my shake was mixed well with the perfect amount of chocolatey goodness, my sandwich has the perfect amount of sauces on it. A lot of times when you order fast food now, the food isn't made with care. They put the sauces on half hazardly and send out a ridiculously messy or dry sandwich just slapped together. I honestly felt like my meal was prepared with not only care, but dare I say it: love. 10/10
Jason did a fantastic job at the speaker box.! He knew how to achieve the balance of being friendly on the headset, but also keeping my order straight. At the window, he was just as pleasant, careful with my order, and patient. It was refreshing to have such a professional, attentive worker!! After we drove away from the window, we immediately opened our bag to eat our wraps. To our shock, the wraps were folded up the nicest I have EVER had my wraps folded up. The food inside the wrap was placed carefully and the wrap paper was folded as beautifully as if it were origami. I was truly impressed by Jojo's job!!!! Jojo and Jason are a wonderful team!! I left with a smile on my face and I will definitely go to this Arby's for the future!! Thank you, Jason and Jojo!!!!
