If the drive through guy had any better of an attitude it would be 1.5. When I opened my Gyro, it was upside down, nearly spilling it everywhere in my car. Horrible attitude, horrible service. Get it together.

This location was the absolute best in all areas. Very friendly greeting, helpful in my selection, ham melt combo. I wish I remembered her name. Food was fast, fresh and tasty, no grease like the burger places. Affordable and extremely clean. I mean seriously clean. Employees were clean cut and polite. Wish they had more business, it’s amazing. I’ll be a regular, I promise.

Ordered pickup. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes while my food just sat getting cold, had to go inside instead. One large fry was partially full and all tiny end bits, no actual full sized fries. Food was luke warm. Drive thru worker was OK but a little short with us. Probably won't be back. But food is decent. Its clean and wrapped nicely. Its alright but not what I remember getting as a kid.

The food here is ALWAYS good. I've only ever been disappointed by things being sold out. The food isn't old or sitting out forever. It's made fresh to order, and they're beyond kind of I make a special order, double checking before I get my food to make sure it's right.

I just want to commend the assistant manager Hailey ( I probably spelled it wrong I am so sorry) and her amazing team for their amazing and outstanding service today. I was working DoorDash and I came in to pick up an order and DoorDash was giving us a bit of trouble but they were so helpful and so patient in helping me get my issue resolved. I came back in to try and pick up another order(successfully this time yay) and while waiting for them to make the customers food hot and fresh I was ordering a pumpkin fritter I was more than ready to pay for my little snack and they gave it to me for my troubles I just want to say the customer service, the attentiveness, and the smiles while helping me?? I will most definitely be returning as a customer myself thank you all for your amazing help today!!!!

Are you serious?!?! It's snowing outside and you don't ice melt your parking lot then laugh at a customer for falling in your lobby!!! Disgusting!!! The employee should be fired and I really should sue... Rest assured I will never be coming to this restaurant again!!!

Long time customer of this Stetson Hills, Colorado Springs Arby’s but today I was stunned at the terrible girl at the drive-through. I am disabled and had my friend with me. We were celebrating her doctor’s recent ok for her to go out and about after recent back surgery. We ordered our lunch at the drive-thru so we could eat in the car since neither of us can walk too well right now. The girl who took our order rattled it off back to us so fast we could not understand her and had to hope it was going to be right. Luckily it was although it would have been nice to if she had given us some napkins. However, her customer service went totally downhill from there. When we finished eating we went back through the drive-thru so my friend could get a milkshake to bring home to her husband. The same girl took the order, gave us the shake and when she gave me the change for my friends, she did it so fast almost all the coins slid right off the bills onto the pavement.Some actually flew off. She didn’t apologize or anything, just stood and looked at me like she expected me to get out and pick them up. I ended up being the one to apologize, saying I was disabled (should have been obvious as my cane was visible in the car) and I couldn’t get out and bend over to pick them up. To get my friend’s change back for her, I started to ask the girl if she would give us the remainder of my friend’s change out of the cash register but got as far as”would you…” when she interrupted, saying very sarcastically “come out and pick it up for you? Oh sure, I’d just love to!” and literally shut the window in my face. Then we waited to see if we’d eventually get it or not (no one in line behind us) and after being kept waiting for several minutes we saw another employee come out the back door, apparently to stand by the speaker and take orders if someone came. No change for us. Another employee finally came to the window and told us to drive around the building and park to wait for our change. We did, waited around 5 minutes before the first girl came out , shoved the money in my hand, saying in a very rude way “there’s your 60 cents!” And ran back in before I could see her name tag. So I will just say that she was working the drive-thru on November 1, 2024 around 2-2:30 pm and if this is how your employees treat disabled customers my friend and I may not come back. I gave 2stars only bc the food was fine. Would have given her zero stars if I could.
