My children and I were rushed out 25 minutes before they closed and told by this employee with long dark hair we can bag up the food we weren’t finished with yet, so they can lock the doors. We rounded up and left soon as we knew we weren’t welcome, and since my son was still in the bathroom when this occurred, we were already getting in the vehicle by the time he came out to hear her cussing his family out. Not cool after a long day, and wanted to enjoy a dinner together.

Grumpy girl with long black hair who has worked there for way too long.I live closer to the Arby’s on Briargate and Powers but this one always has higher quality food and the people are all great with the exception of this one person who has worked there for quite a long time but is angry to be there every time I see her. I’ve seen her rude and condescending with coworkers and elderly customers. She must know how to turn on the charm when needed in order to keep her job but I’ve never seen it as a customer and I visit this location at least once a week.

Ordered 2 Good Burger Meals for $25 (drive thru). Crinkle fries were cold and old. I'm very disappointed. This location usually serves their food hot and fresh.
