I've been to lots of restaurants... But this one I'd travel miles to go to. Perfection here is an understatement. Attention and care to every bite you eat. My new favorite restaurant in Colorado Springs ❤️❤️❤️🙌🙌🙌

We love coming here for group events and date nights. The food is amazing, Jose is Super nice, and the atmosphere is great for either intimate dinners or group/family meals.

Came here once and service was great. My second time here and we got sat for almost 20 minutes with no one to come to our booth. Very unfortunate not sure what happened!

Firstly, I’ll say the wait staff is awesome, I’m sure they’re starving from lack of repeat customers.

I would say there’s nothing impressive to this entire restaurant, but I’d be wrong; it’s actually impressive how they cooked all the taste out of their food.

The calamari was clearly frozen (makes sense in CO), but they surprisingly didn’t cook it hot/long enough and it was still watery, wet, and would most certainly not count as “fried”.

For $28, the ribs were a smaller end half rack and had meat that fell off the bones, but only because of how over cooked and tough/chewy/dry they were. Under sauced and little taste.

The vegetables had to have been over cooked, not only seemingly but also I’ve never had some so bland.

The mashed potatoes are reminiscent of a low quality $2 Walmart instant mash.

I’m uncertain if this was just the cook today or what, but I’ll never be back.

Good food, arrived correctly when we made numerous modifications. Price and speed could be better.

This was a really great place to stop by during our family vacation.
The service was excellent.
Not crowded and away from all of the usual visitor attractions but very good food.
We were thankful for the service we received at this wonderful restaurant- thank you!

Place is ideal and cool . Ambience is good and attractive. Evrythng you try here is worth filling.

Aspen American Bar & Grill is the best spot to get different types of food Italian, Mexican and maybe even more. Although I'm vegetarian I still enjoy their vegetarian options so if your looking for a place to eat for lunch I highly recommend Aspen American Bar & Grill
