Aspen American Bar & Grill is the best spot to get different types of food Italian, Mexican and maybe even more. Although I'm vegetarian I still enjoy their vegetarian options so if your looking for a place to eat for lunch I highly recommend Aspen American Bar & Grill

They used to have a good Indian menu but got rid of it. The patio has long been forgotten, most of the umbrellas that are broken. Fine dining prices for casual chain quality. We both got steaks and they were full of grisle and just depressing. They used to have non alcoholic wine which was a draw to me and the server had no idea what I was talking about.

Good morning, before posting an online review I wanted to voice some concerns we have recently been having. We come 2 to 3 times a month and the past couple months things seem to be going downhill. We usually come on a Friday or Saturday night about 7pm. When we arrive there is never anyone at the door or host stand to greet us and seat us. It is usually a bartender with a neck tattoo that comes all the way around and seats us. We have been asking to sit on the patio but all the tables are usually dirty when we arrive. We usually ask for bread to start but recently it has been stale and old. We usually get the same server Everytime , a short Hispanic lady with a jacket of some sort on. She is a terrible server and we would prefer not to have her as a server anymore. One visit she took our order then disappeared until payment time. Someone else brought out our food out and no one did a two minute check back , no one brought refills , we ate and then sat there with our dirty plates for 20 mins after we were done, waiting for her to come around with a check. She misses things and is overall unattentive. I usually order the sirloin steak w fries and veggies and the food typically is so good it makes up for everything else. But the last few visits the food quality has decreased as well. The cut of steak I got last time was not smooth and flat on both sides it was like a heel or butt cut and looked like a shoe. Ordered MR it came out MW . And the fries were barely cooked, all mushy and squishy. Again no check back or refills . The past few visits we also noticed the cleanliness of the floors by the bathrooms and in the bathrooms was gross .

We have NEVER seen or been visited by a manager on duty , not sure there even ever is one . We hate to change our routine and start going somewhere else for date night but not sure we will be returning for a long time . If I was the owner I would want to know that my business is being mismanaged , especially on peak nights

Great service, good good at a reasonable price. This place is casual with an upscale feel. The food options are generous, and there is a wide variety to choose from. The bar area was lively with an event, but the dining room was calm and comfortable.

Loved this place! The ambience is perfect for lunch or brunch or late lunch. Great outside dining. Service was prompt and attentive. Food was served timely and drinks were kept afresh. My scallops were so juicy and delicious. That creamy sauce with a bit of fresh lemon juice was flavorful every bite. Very balanced with rice. Dessert was perfect for sharing.An all around good experience 🤩

I can’t rave enough about this place. The food, the service, the atmosphere - PHENOMENAL!!!!!

If you want a steak do not eat here. Ordered Rare came out middle well. None of the steaks ordered were cooked the way ordered. All were way over. Told the waitress, she did nothing. Definitely would not recommend.

This is the old Flat Iron grill. I went early so it was quite quiet. The food was very good and the portions matched cost so the value was appreciated.

Wide menu. First time here, I had a burger and it was too charred for my taste; they will only cook burgers medium-well (🤔), which is stated on the menu. But today I had the cod and it was perfect: delicately cooked. Fresh vegetables were delicious -- nicely seasoned and not over-cooked. 😅 Nice place with a patio!

After a visit to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, wife and I were looking for some food. This was the closest place that had food choices for both of us. Wife had a build your own pasta plate, while I had the lunch 3-cheese bacon burger. Both of us cleaned the plate, but left enough room for some creme brule, which was also amazing.
The inside has the pub feel: dark walls and tile floor. Our waiter, who I didn't catch his name, was great and attentive. Great food for a very reasonable price.
