AspenPointe Cafe and Catering

AMAZING!! Aspen Pointe catered our wedding on 8-3-19 and it was absolutely incredible! We received so many wonderful compliments from our guests on how great the food was! We had a chicken dish, beef, and a vegetarian lasagna with rosemary roasted potatoes and seasonal veggies with salad and dinner rolls! Aspen Pointe also went above an beyond by making sure we had some gluten free options and they also made a special plate for a guest of ours who is highly allergic to dairy. We were thrilled with the food AND the SERVICE! They employees who came to help serve were so attentive, helpful, polite and had amazing attitudes! I am so happy we found them! They made our wedding just so special and all our guests so happy with the food!!

Not impressed. Food was not made to our specific requests . Too late to have new food made. While the person on the phone was nice neither Aspen Pointe or Hilton Hotels cared to offer even a partial refund for their mistake.

Confidence! The group that catered our daughters wedding was awesome! My discussions with the caterer prior to and during the event were gracious and reassuring. The food was good and price point on the money. The service was efficient and professional. They were our partner in securing a successful event. Thank you AspenPointe Catering! AspenPointe catered our company Christmas Party today. Everyone here was thrilled with the menu. All employees from the first contact to arrange meal to the last person who picked up the buffet utensils were great to work with. Thanks for the great service and attention to the details.

We used AspenPointe Catering for our wedding in Aug 2018 and they were fantastic! The whole experience of working with everyone involved was outstanding ... from a tasting set up at our convenience, to planning for the event (David and Silvana are very knowledgeable and helpful!), to working with them to assure our food allergies were taken care of, to the delicious food prepared for the wedding itself, to all the extra help they provided as servers at the wedding. We would VERY highly recommend AspenPointe. They provide a good value and a good catering experience. We and our wedding guests enjoyed the food (particularly the blackened salmon) and we enjoyed working with the folks at AspenPointe! Thank you for helping make our special day even more special and a whole lot easier.

We had a private dinner party and could not have been more pleased with AspenPointe. The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. Everyone at the party praised everything about the company and we will use them again in the future

I found myself needing to order some catering for family in Colorado, and me living in Florida. Silvana made a difficult task very easy.

Aspen Pointe and Silvana (the best!) is the perfect example of "promise reasonable and deliver high". What a professional group! They catered my daughter's wedding at Stone Haven Event Center and it was exactly what we had hoped for - well, actually more. The food was set up and hot, ready ahead of time but without anyone noticing them. There was plenty of yummy food and they packaged up the leftovers for us. They made coffee, helped here and there, and cleaned up, all in a timely manner. Prices - can't be beat for the quality and service. Most importantly, they like to serve and you feel it. I highly recommend them.

I called Aspen Pointe to schedule a tasting, exploring this company as a possible caterer for our wedding. The initial conversation was acceptable though not great. I talked with a woman and gave her a bunch of information. She said to call back when I knew what menu we wanted. So I did, and spoke with a man name David. They didn't have my information anymore, just two days later, but we set up a time and David said he would email an invoice confirming the information, which he did. The day of our tasting, it was scheduled for 3:30, he called at 2:55 and said to let him know when we arrived because a gate was broken. He asked if we were close, thinking the appointment at 3:00. He had the wrong appointment time, the invoice said 3:30. He seemed annoyed, but said he would see us in a bit. It is difficult to find, it was a cafeteria in a business building. When we arrived he was surprised we had 4 people in our tasting, despite that's what our invoice said. In a snarky tone commented, good thing I made extra. I was pretty much done at this point, if they couldn't get the details and logistics of a tasting correct I wasn't going to trust them with my entire wedding. We waited while he went back to the cafeteria area to get the food. It okay quality but subpar presentation compared to other tastings. As he explained how the day would go, he was very detail oriented which I appreciated. He seemed to know our venue and explained timing and such. However he made some comments such as, “you're not doing an open mic, right? Don't, if you do it'll take too long and then we will get behind and that be a big problem for you.” He was the very first venue that made me feel concerned about the progress of the decisions I had made. Everyone else had said we were ahead of the game. It felt as if we would be inconceiving them. In summary 2 stars and obviously I did not select as my caterer because 1)had details wrong with timing and guest counts, 2)felt impersonal and rude 3)gave the opposite feeling of “its your day, we will make it special and do what needs to be done”

The Ski Shop, Inc used Aspen Pointe on two occasions recently. The first for our annual Holiday Party, and the second for our annual Demo Bus. Wow! We had such great service at both occasions. I didn't have to worry about a thing during the party at my house. Our server made sure everything was taken care of, and even helped me refill the appetizers I made. I walked upstairs to thank him, and EVERYTHING was cleaned up! It says a lot about a company that will be willing to deliver breakfast to you at 5:45am, and even show up early!! Since the bus wasn't there just yet, they waited to make sure all the food stayed hot and even helped place each meal on the seats before leaving. With reasonable prices, and exceptional service, we will definitely use them again!

I would recommend AspenPointe to anyone who is in search of a caterer for their event. I say this because the experience was amazing and could not have asked for anything more. They were very professional, accommodating and helpful from the beginning. We used AspenPointe for our Wedding Reception and the food and service was incredible. Aspen Pointe made everything so easy! They set up a food tasting for us, walked us through everything, gave us tons of options, and were flexible. They showed up on time, the food was great, and the attendants were very attentive to our guests and us as the bride and groom especially. They were also incredibly reasonable compared to other catering services in Colorado Springs. All our guests loved the food. I would highly recommend these guys.

Was disappointed in the service as they were suppose to set up china for 55 guest. Arrived just 45 minutes before event started-total rush. My guest were filling waters etc… What was shown at the time of consulation was not given for deserts. Selected swans, fruit tarts. According to photo it was suppose to be a nice size. Desserts came small and not what was selected. I had to provide my own desserts to make up for the portion size. Best part salmon cooked there-was delicious. Food was really good. No compensation for event with mistakes. People were great to work with.

I have had a couple of events catered by Aspen Pointe and they certainly helped make these events a big success! The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They made sure our dinner was served without any issues. There was plenty of food, the food was great, and the price was very affordable! The presentation of the food was great and the menu selection was great. I would recommend Aspen Pointe for any size event you might have. It was a pleasure working with them from the first stages of planning to the conclusion of the event.

Always very high quality food and copious amounts of it! Excellent service staff as well. Reliable , responsive, and reasonably priced with lots of good menu options. Probably a better fit for larger groups in my experience.
