Not impressed. Food was not made to our specific requests . Too late to have new food made. While the person on the phone was nice neither Aspen Pointe or Hilton Hotels cared to offer even a partial refund for their mistake.
AspenPointe catered our company Christmas Party today. Everyone here was thrilled with the menu. All employees from the first contact to arrange meal to the last person who picked up the buffet utensils were great to work with. Thanks for the great service and attention to the details.
Aspen Pointe and Silvana (the best!) is the perfect example of "promise reasonable and deliver high". What a professional group! They catered my daughter's wedding at Stone Haven Event Center and it was exactly what we had hoped for - well, actually more. The food was set up and hot, ready ahead of time but without anyone noticing them. There was plenty of yummy food and they packaged up the leftovers for us. They made coffee, helped here and there, and cleaned...
