Located in the old trains depot, the Coati and Pikes Peak Brewing Building. We tried the tasting menu and loved it. Knowledgeable wine recommendations

I consider myself a foodie and regularly search out restaurants on my travels. Ephemera has surpassed them all for me. The chefs are absolute geniuses. The tasting dishes are eclectic, artistic and delicious, and when paired with the wines they choose to accompany each dish, it brings everything to a whole new level. We were in Colorado Springs for three days and chose to eat dinner here twice because it was so good. The atmosphere and staff are also top notch, without being stuffy. Absolutely a winner!

Superb food, great wines, attentive service - -this place has it all and at really reasonable prices. By far my favorite place in town.

We had a fantastic date night at Ephemera. We were so pleasantly surprised at the high quality of food and top notch service. The tasting menu and sommelier pairing are highly recommended. Standouts from the 7 course tasting menu include the cauliflower curry bisque and the tempura pheasant breast and confit leg. Our servers were knowledgeable and friendly, as well as accommodating to gluten intolerance and other dietary needs. A highly underrated fine dining experience - a must visit for foodies in COS.

My wife found this restaurant as she was perusing places to eat in Colorado Springs. we love tasting menus and this one included a wine pairing, combined it was 150 approximately per person for seven courses and six wines. the food is prepared right before your eyes and features many textures, flavors and is a visual treat.the wine pairings were excellent.chef Ian does a great job and you can sit right at the bar and have them cook in front of you and hand you the plate.wonderful experience! everybody needs to go there! five stars plus!
