Went in and waited 10 minutes, couldn't even get served. They were too busy texting on their phone and in the back talking. Pretty sad

Came to get dinner. Was never greeted even after waiting to order after being there for at least 10 minutes. I guess her text was more important. Watched them take a rag pick up fries and put them back in the container.

In my personal opinion a&w has the best fries.I absolutely love their fries until tonight.

Had high hopes. No A&W in my area for years. Sadly, since then, the quality of the food dropped significantly. No frosted mugs or any mugs like in the picture. Waited 30 minutes for my food! And it was dead! No real reason other than slow employees and overworked management. Of course a health inspector showed up too so the manager was likely additionally distracted. But it’s fast food and there is maybe 5 people in the dining room including us. No excuse for how slow. The woman who ordered behind me ordered a two piece. A TWO PIECE! THATS ALREADY IN THE WARMER! She waited 32 minutes. We’re on vacation so we could wait but a crew of workers walked in and now have to get a refund because 20 minutes later they’ve made no progress on their order.

I talked to the inspector and she’s a private auditor so not municipal or state, but the cluster fk started before she walked in.

Restaurant appeared clean though. More kfc than a&w. Oh well. They say to never meet your heroes. I guess this is a fast food version. Very underwhelming.

Between the crew they refunded and the other two groups who walked out, they lost $100 or more of desperately needed revenue.

Rude service, everyone got put in the parking lot to wait on order jn togo line. Got told to go to spot 4 when there is no spot 4. Will never be back.
