A&W Restaurant

Horrible management. We went through the drive thru and it was not crowded at all. I think two people were in the restaurant, nobody else in drive thru. Manager asked us to park in front and our food would be brought to us. After waiting about 10 minutes my husband went in to see if our food was done. 5 minutes later, they handed him the bag. Order was all screwed up, missing lettuce, tomatoes and one patty instead of two. Went in and asked for a refund because we didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes. Unfortunately it took another 10 minutes to get a refund. No “sorry anout that” or anything. Manager’s name is Micho and is too immature to be a manager. I told him good customer service is to apologize when getting somebody’s order wrong and he said “why would I apologize?” We will not be coming back to this location.

The worst service. Manager would rather hang around back then serve customers. We tried ordering food but she said she didn't know how to beep boop the machine. What a joke

Sadly it has really gone downhill in the last year. The staff are nice and trying hard. But the food portioks have gotten smaller and TOUGH. Dob't bother trying the bites. You pay several dollars for $.50 wort of greasy dough and cherry jam. Maybe the employees shoud run it and not Chinese Based YUM! I won't be bacj

Gone are the frosty mugs and fresh root beer, in its place is cheap paper cups and a self serve fountain. No root beer from a tap here. Couple that with substandard food and this place was a bust. This cheaper down fast food trading on the name of what was once a great place to eat. Sadly I fell for the nostalgia of old, well that won’t happen again and if you read this review it shouldn’t happen to you. Avoid at all costs, there is an in and out burger next door that would probably be better of your custom.

Quick and fresh, they did miss my request to get cheese curds, though I later said it was better to get fries. Didn't hold receipt, which is my fault, but don't know if I was charged for it.

Never been to A&W before in Colorado Springs. My teens didn’t want anything from here because they said it looked “sus” I wanted to order something cheap for them like a small sandwich or something, just incase they wasted the food. But the workers said they didn’t have a value menu… so I just ordered some random things …. root beer floats for all of us- a few random sides and a kids meal for my youngest who isn’t picky…. 26$ down the drain the floats were half full and watery root beer… they forgot the kids meal drink…. Anyways we ended up throwing the food away and going to Culver’s & chick-fil-a (my teens are picky but I don’t mind going to multiple restaurants to accommodate them) but I’m not picky and I couldn’t even drink the floats…. I’m not coming back… it didn’t feel sanitary or well kept.

Had my screaming toddler in the back wanting food. Ordered in the drive thru. Once I get to the window AFTER they take payment, they tell me they have to fry everything so it will be a while and I need to pull to the front of the restaurant. Needless to say I didn’t have time to sit there all day and didn’t get my food and will be disputing this charge on my card.

The food i was served was only half the amt a serving appears to be in the pictures. My potatoes were dry, and for the price I expected a little more. I am not impressed with any part of the dish.

Employee was nice, rootbeer floats were great. Building is very overdue for a remodel. Seats were torn, missing light bulbs in fixtures and bathroom was terrible. Will not go back to this location.

My wife ordered a hamburger and I ordered one of their famous chili dogs, all went well and we waited for our order. She brought our order to the counter and asked if there was anything else, I said ketchup please which she gave us. Then she turned and walked away. I said Miss, she came back and said yes, I said we didn't get our receipt. On the wall is a big sign saying if you do not receive your receipt your meal is free. She mumbled something under her breath and went into the kitchen. A couple minutes later she and the manager came out, the manager went over to the receipt machine tore it out came over to the counter and threw it on the counter. She said to me you didn't go away and come back so you don't qualify for the free meal, turned around and went back in the kitchen. I looked around for the rules of the free meal and all it said was no receipt, free meal. I thought from the beginning this waitress was new and had no intentions of asking for the free meal but letting her know she had made a mistake and be more careful in the future. This manager either had a bad day or needs retraining. Also don't try to contact the home office because they will not respond. I think it's time for undercover Boss to take a trip. PS the chili dog was smothered with chili I could have used gloves to handle it.

Went through the drive through on a Thursday at 4:30 Was told only they did not have small kid drinks. ( you have to buy a kids meal for this, but that was not explained) Got fries, and ordered a half n half sweet tea, was told that they don't have sweet tea, and no sugar. Wasn't told of the other options, and we didn't get a good look at the menu, ( with 3 kids after school, we wanted to get our stuff and get home!) One of the most disagreeable people I've ever met, took our order and brought it out, shoved it in my friend's hands, nothing but turn on heel and walk in. I called two times, hung up on after letting it ring and ring, they said nothing but hung up. Second time, I did get through, only to be put on hold, for 8 minutes. This store is local owned, they're difficult to reach and do not like to answer any questions or deal with poor service and the people that call them on it. The fries aren't worth their price or attitude. Sad.

45° in the dining area, I had to raise my voice to get service.

Workers standing around inside the building but wouldn't take order at drive through. Pulled up to drive through window and 2 employees ran out of site! Stay away!!
