Dine in, Friday rush. Fryer oil was dirty leaving a gross taste on fried roll food. Teriyaki bowl was microwave dinner quality. Server’s finger was in the wasabi when delivered to table.

We got takeout from here tonight. I would say the food was about a 3 out of 5, it tasted kind of bland to me. They forgot ginger and wasabi, which was a bummer because we didn't have any at home. It definitely made the experience less enjoyable. On the plus side, my gluten-free meal was clearly labeled and separate from the others, though I wish they had included Tamari. They included little chopsticks helpers for my nephew, who got a kid's meal, which I thought was a nice touch. Altogether though, I felt like it was somewhat carelessly put together and not very visually appealing, with somewhat bland food. I didn't finish it, and that's pretty rare with me and sushi. I wouldn't necessarily choose to go here again.

Amazing sushi...husband need soy wrap and they are so gracious. Everything is fresh and delicious....frequent customers. Highly recommend....servers are incredible.

Uber Eats did not pick up our order, so I contacted the restaurant directly. When it became apparent that an Uber Eats driver wasn’t going to pick up our food, I picked it up. When I picked it up, the staff re-made the order, then refunded the order for the inconvenience (had been 1.5+ hours since placing the order). This was the fault of Uber Eats and not the restaurant’s fault, but they took ownership of the problem and put their customer first. That’s good leadership! They’ve earned a loyal customer.

We have always ordered delivery from here and it's been on point many times. The last 2 times we have had our order delivered they haven't delivered ANY of the sushi. Tonight we ordered the rice Teriyaki Bowl (and it had very little sauce) and the sushi lovers. All we received was the Teriyaki Bowl and the salad for the sushi lovers. So my husband gets to enjoy his dinner while I received a salad full of cucumbers and a few pieces of lettuce. It is so disappointing to not be able to enjoy an in-home date night meal with my husband.

EDIT: when I got my re-delivery for the missing sushi the cold items were warm and the warm items were cold. I really hope this place has more integrity than to send me out the missing items from my original order of RAW fish over an hour and a half later.

The sushi was very American. The miso and jasmine tea were pretty basic. I had a Spider Roll, and it was good. I think all the sauces they put on it detracted from the dish. Overall, it was just good. Not someplace I'd go out of my way to eat at, but if you are close and just want a basic American style sushi, this is the place.

This place was GREAT! I got the volcano rule to which I added jalapeños to… It was delicious! The service was amazing, Nicole was so patient with my kids, helping them to put the chopstick helpers on their chopsticks. They have a huge assortment of Japanese sodas as well as.mochi flavors the kids loved! Great service, super affordable, food was delivered quickly and an overall great experience.

Love our visit to Awi Restaurant. All of the bake rolls were delicious! It was fast, clean, and most of all the prices were very affordable. Will definitely return.
