I've been here twice. One of the waiters was fantastic. The other was very... aloof. I very much enjoy the build your own burger part. And nothing beats $5 beers

We had an extremely bad experience here last night. The hostess asked how many we had in our party and we said 9. She quickly snapped at me it would be an hour. I then said I wasn’t sure if the other family had called ahead and she yelled at me saying they don’t do call ahead. I said no problem but there’s no need to be rude. She said she wasn’t being rude. I then asked if she could put my name on the list. She ROLLED her eyes at me and continued to snap at me. A party of 10 walked in after us and she sat them before us. My friend went up and talked to her and said we’d be willing to take two booths and then she sat another group in those booths who had also come in after us. We spoke with the bartender and she had some pretty negative things to say about this hostess. The hostess threw a fit and disappeared. So someone else helped us and we were seated. I would highly suggest that the person who is supposed to be welcoming customers should be exactly that, welcoming. This was completely inappropriate. Even her teammates were frustrated with her. Hope you get that figured out but we don’t plan on coming back.

Took over 20 minutes to get food. Burger was liuke warm and way over cooked, ordered medium, bacon was so hard could not bite through it,. Sweat potato fries had been sitting for at least 10 minutes. No check back from server. Gave up and had to leave.

Leslie at the bar was fantastic. She was a great server, very prompt, friendly, and kind. I appreciate the service she provided and the great conversation. I highly recommend a visit! The burger, fries, and beer were all great too!

We went here and rhe food was mini sized. Webhad left my daughter's retainer on the table in its case. Called and they said they would go look. Showed up, said they couldn't find it. My husband went in and said we know its here. Let me look through your trash. They refused. Our server searched and found it!!! They threw it away and didn't care at all. They were rude when we insisted it was there. Our server is a life saver!!! Can't remember her name but she had long reddish hair! She would be the only reason we ever go back!

Although it had taken over an hour for 2 hamburgers, the food was delicious. The manager was even kind enough to share some complimentary fries, unfortunately the server still tried charging for them after another half hour wait for the check. Great food, but slow service when crowded.

Aimee was an amazing server and we absolutely loved having her serve us. Food was great, and she really made it a good experience for out Special Needs Son. That's a rare thing honestly and I couldn't be happier

We had a bad mishap with delivery, so they gave us a coupon to make up for it! We sat down to eat and everything was amazing from the service to the food!! Karen was our server and she was wonderful.
