Terrible service. When a customer enters your store, and the door is open, and it's 5 minutes before you open, you can kindly say "sorry, we're not open yet". Instead we got a very rude response, saying "no" to questions we're asking, with every employee looking angry and disdainful towards us. Not one shred of respect towards the customers. Terrible attitude and it needs to be addressed.

Very friendly staff. Excellent quality ingredients and very well made foods. Have been several times and will return for sure.

My typical experience at a Neapolitan style pizza restaurant is usually different

That’s not necessarily a bad thing, my friend absolutely loved this pizza and would rate it five stars

It was so crisp you could pick up a slice and it would hold shape very well

Maybe this is closer to authentic Italian but what I personally love is when there’s a bit more chew and a delicate nature to the crust/dough

I will say that the ingredients were top-notch, those plum tomatoes were phenomenal on the margarita and the cheese was great as well

The pizza is really great with a nice bright sauce and amazing crust. Did not personally enjoy the salads as much and the cheesecake was almost plastic-y, almost like it had been sitting out for a while and dried out.
I would definitely recommend any of the pizzas, they are fantastic with no issues. The cannolis were also a great way to end as well!

We went here last night for dinner and had a great experience up until the very end, we were only there for an hour and were finishing up our dessert when our waitress came up to us and said "Ok, guys, the kitchen's getting on me, are there more dishes I can clear away?" She made us feel very uncomfortable and made it clear that they wanted us to leave so get more people seated. That left a very bad taste in our mouth. You don't ever hustle people out of the restaurant because you want more business.

My wife and I were seated at a booth that was freezing. Our waitress was non existent. We literally had to ask someone else for refills. I saw our waitress multiple times just standing by the host stand just talking to another employee. Awful service. Then I had the worst calzone I have ever had. All you could taste was basil like the cook just dumped it on. Even when I told the waitress when we finally saw her I didn't like she just ignored me. Awful experience. I will never go back here. Extremely disappointed

One of the best places in Colorado Springs to have a quiet dinner. Just perfect in my opinion. My husband and I can share the gluten free pizza although he's not gluten free, he loves it too. I do not have a reaction from eating here and I've visited B&B twice. Love it!

Kid-friendliness: You could bring kids, but due to the nature of it being a quaint and relatively quiet place to eat, might think twice about it. (I wouldn't, but that's just me)

Love the pizza! Food here is spot on Italian, very authentic. Staff was amazing and very helpful regarding ingredients and menu items . We come from Denver to the Springs few times a month to visit my daughter at UCCS. When we come down we love to try different restaurants especially pizza spots. This is our new favorite by far! We will definitely be back!
