Baskin-Robbins

I went into Baskin-Robbins today to do one for a free scoop of ice cream that I had in my rewards and because I got two scoops cashier said there was no way I could use a coupon and I even said well. What if you need Wednesday and then re-rang another scoop and she said ma'am I can't do that cuz about the same dish so I said put them in different dishes. She said that would be wrong at this point. Don't think I'll be going back. At least to this one. I can't believe that people can't do simple math these days or use common sense.
So frustrated.

So happy with my experience today. The lady that helped us was super friendly and pleasant. When we asked for a taste test she was so happy to help us. It was hard to decide all my favorites were available.

Very disorganized service. Three serves, one order, they don’t listen when you tell them about portions for your toppings. They gave excess of what I wanted less of and little to none of what I actually wanted and I had to pay if I felt like that wasn’t enough. I don’t mind paying, but why pay extra when I barely got any to begin with?

Good ice cream and a clean environment!

Rude, racist, and nasty staff

Closed at 9:30pm when the hours posted state they close at 10.

Delicious, I’m sure. They were long closed before normal closing hours when we arrived though, so will never know! We arrived at 9:40, their hours are through 10 pm, and it was dark inside.

Tried to come 30 minutes before closing and it was all locked up and lights out.

If I could give more than five stars for the service here I would. They are truly lovely and kind. Please support your local franchisees! They are small business owners too. We love this spot.

The sweet were perfect for tonight

We had a double date and ended the night with some ice cream and warm brownies.

The store was clean and you can tell that the staff takes pride in their store.

RUDE!!! IF I could give less than a one star I would. Server sneezed in her hand and then proceeds to want to make my order. I adked if she was gonna wash her hands before serving me since she just sneezed on them she got upset and told me well I don't have to eat there. U professional, unsanitary, and frankly just down right rude. I told her you're absolutely right I don't have to eat where my health and money is not valued. I wasn't rude when I asked " was she not going to wash her hands" but clearly OSHA is not observed in this establishment.

The ladies here and so sweet and kind! This is the best Baskin Robbin’s in the Springs.

It’s was super busy when we arrived in the afternoon, but the service was amazing the girl that was there served us really fast and the balls of ice cream were a nice size. I will definitely be back!
