According to my 7 year old, they scammed her! Unfortunately, she didn't get one piece of gum when we ordered her bubblegum ice cream and the customer service was terrible.

Every time I go to this baskin robbins my milkshakes are so milky and runny it’s like I’m drinking straight milk. I got a mint chocolate chip shake and it was so watered down with milk it tasted like vanilla. Really sad because I love baskin just wish they’d add more ice cream and less milk.

A large cappuccino (oreo) blast at this location is FOUR DOLLARS more than the location a mile away totalling over $12... definitely not worth going to this location. The pricing is outrageous!

Easily the worst location in the Springs. This is the only location in the city that doesn’t do online orders nor will they take Baskin Robbins coupons. The staff is rude and not terribly welcoming. If you’re looking for good, quick, friendly service in a clean establishment, do yourself a favor and drive to literally any other location.

They have the worst customer service with no accommodations. It sounds petty, but we had a coupon and without hesitation they said those are only at participating restaurants, which that wasn't stated on the coupon. They have no conversation and talk amongst each other versus the customers. On top of it, it's in the worst part of town.

The WORST location, the Asian lady is very rude and sends multiple female to do her own work. My birthday was a few days ago and found that they don’t support the birthday deal and to try another location. Lack of flavors and theirs always flies in there.

Absolutely terrible ordered my daughter a birthday cake a week ahead of time showed up on my daughters birthday at the arranged pickup timeno cake was told come back in a couple hours so they could make it what a waste of time thanks for ruining my daughter’s birthday party
