No one was wearing a mask! Yikes!

Team members are always soooo super nice every time I come in ! The boy helping me out this evening was awesome and felt like he was going above and beyond for us!

Great Service and very efficient will always be back Great People also.

I didn't get their names the three 2 young people tonight did a great job. Lots of people many of us in groups of 3 or singles with multiple orders.They had great attitudes, efficient and professional.I hope everyone remembers to be nice to them.

Placed order with Door Dash. Paid extra for scooped ice cream to get the flavors we wanted (nearly $50). Door Dash called from Baskin-Robbins, stating that they refused to scoop any ice cream because "it was frozen", and that we had to buy pre-packaged ice cream. I thought ice cream came frozen? I suggested they put the scoop in hot water first, and Baskin-Robbins stated they do not have water at that location. Clearly someone did not want to do their job. We usually order from Josh and John's Ice Cream, which is spectacular, and Josh and John's appreciates our business. Clearly Baskin-Robbins is no longer the place it used to be. They basically held me hostage. I would have cancelled my order, because if someone does not want our business, we will not give it to them. Unfortunately, here sits a Door Dash person, just trying to make a living, who would have made the trip for nothing, so instead I had to take the pre-packaged ice cream without getting the flavors we wanted because someone lazy person did not want to scoop, and then I had to sit on the phone with Door Dash for 20 minutes to get my order adjusted. When I was a kid, Baskin-Robbins loved customers, but apparently not any more. It will be Josh and Johns from here on out.

I called the store at 935pm when i was about 10 mins away to make sure they were open and asked if i could place an order to pick up, I was told by the guy who answered to, "call Back in about 3-5 minutes because im doing a doordash order." I was slightly confused and asked if they would be open when I got there to which he said "yes we close at 10, just hang on a bit I'm almost done with this order." Then put the phone reciever down on the counter. My phone was at 3% so I hung up since I was almost there, i pulled up to the store at 945pm, and the doors were locked, as I pulled away, the only guy in the store started dancing as his coworkers laughed. That Is so disrespectful and definitely not the 1st time i have tried to get shakes from this location with something like this happening. The last time i went, they told me at 935 that they were out of the stuff to make shakes. I used to love baskin Robin's, however after this interaction neither me, or the other occupants in the car tonight will be returning and i will be sharing my experience with this location with others as well.

Great place to get ice cream with tons of flavors. My wife and I actually left another ice cream shop to go here in order to find a place with more flavors. We were not disappointed! Clean atmosphere and the staff was attentive. No complaints here!

Best ice cream in the area short of making your own. So many tasty flavors.

Service was fast. But the guy that was working, has a nose piercing, kept touching his nose piercing, wiggling it in his nose and putting hair behind his ear. And when it was time to serve the ice cream he didn’t wash his hands or even put on gloves. You’ve got to be aware of what you are doing working in food service.

Google Maps and the sign on their window say they're open daily until 10 pm... I walked up at approximately 8:55 pm and their door is locked. Employee inside opens the door and said he decided to close early. It's frustrating to go out of your way to get some ice cream only to find out they don't honor their posted hours. Would not recommend.
