Baskin-Robbins

This makes me so sad.
I have loved Baskin Robbins forever.
Cherries jubilee and mint choc chip.

But the 2 locations I have been to lately are really terrible.
At Stetson Hills the other day I walked in and one employee was laying across one of the customer tables sleeping. One entire section of the coolers was closed with zero ice cream.
Looking behind the counter supplies were sparce.
Customers ahead of me wanted lids and there were none to give them. It just looked so suspect.
Like it's going out of business or something.

Then the sleeping employee returned and leaned on the counter chewing gum. Health department would love that. I was given a receipt that had Subway on the back and then the ice cream was put in a Subway bag. What?

About a month ago I went to the location on Pikes Peak Ave.
The parking lot was trashy.
The windows and doors were smeary and the inside was dirty.
I wanted a take home quart for a dinner that night.
The middle-aged lady running the store was so rude.
She said we're out of the quarts and just turned and walked off.
Yet there were quart containers of some ice cream in the grab-n-go cooler.

I guess this is just yet another thing of my youth that is over.

This Baskin Robbin location is the worst. The place is dirty, the kids have a horrible attitude and they have been “out” of strawberry topping and almonds the last 3 times I’ve been there yet they still charge $9 for a banana royale with only have the ingredients. Do better!

This location is filthy! Always out of ice cream too!

This place was out of vanilla ice cream, barely 1/2 a scoop of Cotton Candy ice cream and about the same for mint chocolate chip ice cream. So I still paid $9.50 for 2 partial bowls of ice cream. Not a very smart business practice in my opinion as a former GM.

Came in for my birthday and they had six flavors available. Single digit. Six..
can’t say that the service was much better than the flavor selection.

This location needs a facelift. 31 scoops by behind. More like 15. No regular chocolate, no chocolate chip, no peanut butter chocolate. Like come on it’s summer. That’s like going to Wingstop and then saying, “Hey, we have no wings.” Placed smelled wet rag. Staff were nice though.

Everything is empty worst location

Zero stars. The owner of this location clearly doesn’t care about his customers. Him and his employees are thieves. Stealing by skimping on product but charging full price, double charging and threatening customers. I was charged for product I never received. Over a month of emails to this man and nothing. Says he will take care of it, he even reported it solved to corporate. Liar!
BBB is hearing from me along with the health department. Revoke his franchise license.

Do NOT support this store. The new owners are TERRIBLE! If they make a mistake, they won’t refund you, the workers are rude, they don’t care. Go to the interquest location they are much nicer people and will give you what you ask for no problem!!

I went to this store on Friday, January 24,2025. I had saved calories all week because I was craving a hot fudge sundae. The following was so shocking:
No hot fudge
No strawberry topping
No pineapple topping
I ended up with two scoops of vanilla ice cream that was full of ice chunks. It tasted kind of sour. She put about tablespoon of whip cream on it with nuts. It was $6.59 before tax. I paid and asked for a napkin, guess what…..no napkins! I had to use the restroom but the ladies was out of order! I was so totally disappointed! When everything is so expensive, service and product should r top notch! I should have just given the ice cream back and asked for a refund. So sad. 😞

**DO NOT RECOMMEND** unless you want to waste $9. Went in to get a layered sundae like pictured on their website. This is the disaster I received!!! Don't get me wrong, I understand that presentation is never the same with fast food chains. But, it's not even comparable in size, doesn't have any caramel or cookie dough bites besides the ice cream, and didn't even get a spoon. I would go across the street to Dairy Queen if you want to get what you pay for.

I am so unbelievably disappointed in my last visit to this baskin robbin’s. How are you going to have ONE person working at peak rush time? I ordered ahead of time and the poor worker couldn’t even get to it because of how many impatient customers were in the store. My order was suppose to be completed by 7:15pm, 7:30 comes around and we ask if anyone else if there with him which he responds with no. Me and my boyfriend told him we would come back in a little so we wouldn’t stress him out. I am in shock with the lack of training baskin robbin’s is providing their employees. Also i think having one person working an evening shift or any shift is extremely dangerous and is inconsiderate towards them. We went back to the store at 7:55pm and we were told the order wasn’t even close to being started. We waited for about five more minutes while he continued to do orders of customers that came in after us which he also did when we first arrived. Another employee showed up at 8:05 and we were able to get our order, but when tf was the employee planning on making ours if there was non stop customers coming in? All of this comes down to show the lack of training baskins if giving their employees and it’s disgusting and sad.

The ice cream was good but small scoops that are over priced. That bathroom was extremely dirty which indicates the restaurant is also dirty. I would not suggest going to this location until they learn how to clean.
