I just left this Baskin Robbins, and this is my second time there, and unfortunately it was not a good experience both times. Both times i had Amy help me and both times her customer service was not up to par. She does not have customer service and is very snotty. Her attitude affects the atmosphere and it is not very welcoming. I originally asked for a double scoop of ice cream in a cup and then changed my mind to a triple scoop. She rolled her eyes a couple times and put the ice cream cup in the bigger cup and just added a scoop.

It has been so warm lately that we had to stop by and get some ice cream! Haven't been here in years, I grew up coming to this location, and it's great it is still open. The staff were so welcoming and kind, they let's us try some flavors before picking. I chose the cotton candy, it was so sweet and creamy. I chose the waffle cone in the cup so it's easier to eat because the cone will fall apart while the icream melts and the cup catches it all. The waffle cone was amazing, crunchy, and sweet. They have so many flavors to choose from, and they have new ones that change with the season, so you can try new flavors all the time. It was hard to pick a flavor, but I love the classic cotton candy. Will need to come back sooner to try something new!

The ice cream at this place was phenomenal. Amazing flavors, amazing people, amazing atmosphere. I got the coffee/brownie sundae and the peanut butter blossom flavor, which was also the flavor of the month. They were both some of the best ice cream I have ever had. I also bought the ice cream cake and will eat it tomorrow.

Don't order for delivery!!! They screwed up 3 of the 4 orders. Wrong topping on one, made a large sundae small but paid for a large and not even a teaspoon worth of hot fudge and even less on the marshmallow topping, 3rd sundae was wrong size as well and a teaspoon of fudge

Employees did not seem interested in costumers and lied about amount of ice cream left. They stated they did not have enough for a small shake but had enough for several scoops. They took forever to get my sister's order, while my milkshake was blending. They also ignored costumers, while joking with each other. Along with ignoring costumers and lying about products, they also forgot my order while making it. Pretty sucky service. :(

So disappointed! I ordered a cake for my granddaughter’s birthday this weekend. I ordered the cake on Monday, and received an email that my credit card was charged and the cake was getting ready to be made. Today is pick up day, no cake! We are told they are having technical difficulties with their online ordering but the charge is on my credit card. This location has gone downhill! Thank you Cold Stone Creamery for helping with Baskin-Robbins huge mistake! We will not be coming here anymore!

I come here very frequently with family and friends. I came to get a treat for father's day and was treated rudely by Logan. He continued to throw our ice creams and spoons on the counter and just had an attitude. He seemed a annoyed by us ordering. Makes me want to never come back. Truly disappointed. My mother has a nut allergy AND GAVE US THE WRONG ICE CREAM. Fix this.
Arrived at this location at 9:18PM and doors were locked. Customers inside said through the glass that they were closed even though they were still ordering. Didn’t realize you could close 40 minutes early. I understand closing maybe 20 minutes early but 40?? Wow. Disappointing.

The employees here mad employees life 100%less complicated today by squeezing in a triple layered all ice cream cake after I attempted to make and messed up my Nieces 18th Birthday cake. I'm so thankful to them for their communication, kindness and the ease of ordering.

I ordered a turkey cake for thanksgiving! It literally melt when I come home lol and I live about 25 minutes from this baskin loco, but that's okay because surprisingly it was still delicious :) it just look atrocious and not at all like a Turkey and my guest throw an egg on my head because they were like wtf is that? And they got mad and left lol, But jokes on them the flavors were still baskin Robin top tier delicious!
