This place was open on google maps and wasn’t open! It’s sucked putting in the order and getting it cancelled multiple times then going yourself just to find out it was closed :(

Was disappointed that they didn't have the strawberry sweet cream ice cream with sugar cookie bits. They had this in LA, and it was the best! I asked, and an older lady was a little rude about it, saying they discontinued it to make room for other stuff, yet everything else is the same ol, same ol. So, instead, I went to Kingsoopers and got the Blue Bell strawberry ice cream (with real strawberries inside) and Pillsbury sugar cookies and made my own. So, thanks because this was so much better!

Came in, and was behind the line, since I haven't been in a while, so I was trying to keep respect if anyone else came in. Employee Haley replies with "you know the line is on this side, right", and I nodded. Employees were disrespecting people who came in, as if the customers were in an inconvenience. Food was alright.

I’ve order cakes from this particular BR before and I always order the same size. Went in on Saturday to make an order for my son’s cake and cake decorator was not there, so they told me she would be in on Sunday. Went in on Sunday and spoke to the cake decorator, she took my order and I specify the size I wanted. Today when I went to go pick up the cake, it turns out that she marked it as I had order a smaller size which I didn’t because I showed her the size cake I wanted. I’m so disappointed with my son’s “tiny” cake. So I told her about it and now turns out that I order the small cake when I’ve being ordering the same size for years. Next time you order cakes from this BR check your receipts and make sure you’re getting what you order because clearly the cake decorator is not paying attention to details. When I asked her if she could make another cake the size I actually wanted she said NO in a not very nice way. Turns out I made the mistake not her. I’m so disappointed. Lesson learned- never pay for a cake upfront, might end up not satisfied with the whole experience.

We normally have very friendly, professional service here but not tonight. My husband and I took our boys to get ice cream and there were three teenage girls running the store. Two of the girls were extremely rude while serving customers….laughing at everything we ordered, they would walk away and whisper to each other while customers were standing right there, just very immature, childish behavior. I realize they are teenagers but they are working for a business.The ice cream was great but their behavior was very off putting…it was as if they were mocking the customers.Just not impressed. A trip to the ice cream shop should be enjoyable.

Went in last minute for some ice cream. The staff was decent. A younger Mexican girl offered a sample and really helped in making my decision for the banana royal. She picked a bomb ice cream and hooked it up with Carmel n other toppings! I tipped $5 and she was shocked. She definitely stepped up and handled it when the other staff tried to recommend a not so popular flavor. Huge shout out to her! She knows her ice cream. Thanks girl!

The ladies that work at the location gets all 10's across to the board.

Put and order in for 89 dollars and did not got the whole order. Called store someone calling me honey.... ended up getting credit back from doordash. However dont think that is fair when the store misses items on your order that their are not can hold be responsible vs the dasher...and these days stores who are not deliver 100% dont care since they got the money no matter what. Sad nobody has any pride anymore in what they are doing just money and moving on.
