Went to this location in Chapel Hill Mall on 8/6/25. Stood around for 20 minutes waiting for the server to show back up. I asked the jeweler right next door if they were closed and she said no, said it was a lady working there. Person should have left a sign saying when she would return so I could decide if I wanted to wait. Complete waste of my time. Store is suppose to be open until 8pm. Food was left out and a cart of supplies was in the middle of the store. I left her a note, hopefully she’ll be more courteous next time she’s off doing whatever it was she was doing while leaving the store unattended. Not good for business, customer service and risking theft since the register is easily accessible. Really disappointed since I drove quite a while to get some ice cream.

Too expensive for waffle cone 3 scoops

I tried to use coupon. I don’t know what is the reason but The lady working there she doesn’t want to work or just want to be rude ..but she said I need to call customer care to use $1.99 coupon and she did same thing to my coworker too. And she didn’t even try to fix or help . I don’t know who is the manager that store but they need to fix their employees attitude.

Ladies are extremely rude and I was ignored repeatedly . This was on memorial weekend. I understand that you are providing a service but this is totally unacceptable and

$15.00 for two tiny ice cream cones is absurd! What are they thinking? Could have had a small dinner for that. Never going back.

Went to pick up a door dash order and one of the two workers was helping a customer. The other girl was making herself look busy cleaning. I was waiting in line to say i had the door dash order, i was second in line. An older couple walked up behind me and the second girl who was “cleaning” helped them before me. As she was ringing them up she saw me and said nothing. Not being helped in a timely manner made my door dash order be late for pickup.

I asked for 2 scoops of ice cream and paid for 2 scoops and received only 1 scoop. The other girl rang me up before I got my ice cream . What a rip off.

If I could leave 0 starts for customer service then yea. Said excuse me two times to the girl working to get her attention so we could get ice cream and she was on her phone the whole time.

Not sure why the rating is lower than 5 stars. Incredible service and amazing milkshakes. Everyone needs to check them out while you wandering around the mall. Love potion #31 and bubblegum milkshake slaps ❤️. Will be referring people here and returning.

they don't open at 11. They open closer to 1130 1145 but she stands back there messing with stuff and telling you it'll be a few minutes, it'll be a few minutes.

It’s more like Ice cream booth or stand, where it located inside chapel Hills mall 2nd floor near the American Eagle and Buckle shop. They usually have 2 or 3 tables where you can have seat and enjoy
