Not sure why the rating is lower than 5 stars. Incredible service and amazing milkshakes. Everyone needs to check them out while you wandering around the mall. Love potion #31 and bubblegum milkshake slaps ❤️. Will be referring people here and returning.

they don't open at 11. They open closer to 1130 1145 but she stands back there messing with stuff and telling you it'll be a few minutes, it'll be a few minutes.

It’s more like Ice cream booth or stand, where it located inside chapel Hills mall 2nd floor near the American Eagle and Buckle shop. They usually have 2 or 3 tables where you can have seat and enjoy

So you guys should hire employees that actually awknowledge the customer. White girl with blonde hair that needs a touch up job on her roots straight up ignored me twice. No "I'll be right with you" nothing. She was too busy chit chatting with her friend. Not going to be getting my business nor will I recommend to any of the employees in the mall.

We arrived 15 minutes prior to close and were informed that they were unable to serve us a scoop of ice cream on a cone because they had covered the cones with a piece of plastic wrap for the night in anticipation of closing, so they could only serve us ice cream in a cup. Disappointing for my 7-year-old when she had specifically chosen Baskin Robbins upon earning a special treat of her choosing. Cones are plentiful, out front in plain sight, easily accessible by lifting a single sheet of plastic wrap.

I recently went to this ice cream establishment to get myself a cookie dough milkshake. While I was there, the line hardly moved and it took forever. The only redeeming factor for this establishment was this young man named Owen. Owen was clearly the brains of the operation. Owen made my milkshake and rung me up, and was such a kind whippersnapper. The milkshake that Owen made was indeed gas. That handsome man is the only reason this place doesn't receive a one star review
If I could go lower then one star I would. When I was waiting to give my order the the employees are making fun of people waiting in line to order. When we asked them what they where doing they said they where only making fun of people walking by. Just have to say great customer service ? for that. After talking to the employees the owner doesn't care what happens he know he will make money. So that any comments that happen he just ignores. Good for him for not worrying.

Stopped to get a smoothie. We were told that they open at 11 but won't serve anyone until well after 11:45am because they're alone to setup, quite fascinating.

Customer service is nonexistent and the ice cream tasted spoiled. I will always pass over this location and head straight to DQ! When I spoke to the crew they were clueless on how to rectify the situation and I was treated like I did not matter. The mint chocolate chip ice cream did not taste like mint chocolate chip at all! So I left my half eaten ice cream right there and did not receive something else or my money back! Thanks for a terrible experience!
