I ordered a shake, and what I received might as well have been ice cream that had been left out and melted. These people know shakes are suppose to be thick, right? Why would I want to drink soupy ice cream? And it being $10 for a small just made me hate myself for thinking gen z could do something right.

store hours say 11-10pm. Got here at 9:40PM and they shut the lights off/pretended we weren't there waiting. pretty hilarious but i wont be back.

We ordered 2 quarts of ice cream. I thought they felt lighter than usual , but I was inthe drive through and the line was long so didn't say anything. When we got home both quarts were missing about a third of ice cream. Very disappointed. I thought they weighed the quarts???
The staff members were indifferent, inattentive. I was next in line to pay and the guy walked away after he finished checking out the person in front of me. He didn't even look at me even though he had handed my single ice cream cup.
The service was disappointingly slow. I had to wait a long time just to pay. This significant delay in processing payments was quite frustrating and took away from the overall experience.
The guy that finally checked me out after I asked if he would mind checking out did apologize for the wait.
Overall, my experience with the customer service at this Baskin Robbins location was negative. The long wait time just to pay was particularly frustrating, and I felt that it could have been handled much more efficiently. I would not recommend this location based on the service I received.

The girl at the window was annoyed that I didnt tip and we got an eye roll, dead pan tone, and the tiniest scoops of ice cream I have ever seen in my life. Customer service is usually much better than it was tonight. Next time, I will just pick a pint up from the store for the same price.

Visited at 4pm today with my two kids. My 4 year old daughter got the bubble gum flavor. I took a bite and realized how it can be a chocking concern. It had TONs of gum it was so hard to bite at first it could chip your tooth and got to mushy to swallow.
I told the girl with the pink hair and asked if I could pick out a new ice cream and she said I had to buy a new one because it clearly says bubblegum. I think her name was Trilly it was a dumb name not sure what her name was. I am furious by her rude response and poor customer service. Children are going to be the number one clients here and their safety should be the top priority and they should not be serving things like this. We used to come all the time, but we will never be back unless that girl is fired.

We bought a $40+ (after tax) Ice cream cake that was labeled as having mint ice cream with vanilla cake and we got chocolate chip cookie dough with chocolate cake. Very disappointed. Spending over $40 on an ice cream cake that is completely different to what it says on the box shouldn’t happen.

Pretty good. I always get the Sunday but I have had their coffee-type shakes and they are good. The staff is friendly. It can get busy though and seating can get crowded but what do you expect at an ice cream shop? It's always going to have busy moments, even in the winter.
They have a drive-thru though so that helps.

Very poor service and quality. Charged for a non prepacked quart of gold medal ribbon that is usually always prepacked. Asked for prepacked but given and charged to pack a quart. The next problem with this is it was packed 3/4 full after I pushed down the ice cream. The ice cream was so loosely scooped and packed that when I pushed down the loosly scooped ice cream, it made the 12 dollar quart 3/4 full. The rest of our order was the same. Minuscule scoops that are in loose scoops. BR has joined the cut corners and charge more crew of restaurants.

Please call your cake order in. I ordered a cake and customized the writing as pink, and they mixed it with royal blue. The website does not specify customizing the blue part of this cake, so I was left with a royal blue with pink cake for my daughter. I ended up having to buy another cake. I know they probably throw away tons of cakes in their case, yet they couldn’t comp this cake for me. They told me I could have called in the order to customize all the colors to pink. Very disappointing and I’m out $40 more dollars.
