As someone who grew up in Texas, I can’t praise the quality of BBQ from BC’s enough. Every cut I tired was super tender and the rubs and smoke brought impeccable flavor! On top of that they serve gold bbq sauce which sealed the deal as I have family from the Carolinas. Would highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried!

Stopped at Lost Friend Brewing and the BC Barbecue truck was there. I'm pretty picky on my BBQ; having said that BC's is legit. I got the 1 meat/2 side plate; pork belly with the white cheddar Mac and cornbread and MAN, I was not let down. First, the mac is absolutely DELICIOUS, noodles are perfectly boiled and the white cheddar is flavorful but not overpowering. I've had such a hard time finding a BBQ place that also has good Mac and BC's DELIVERS. The cornbread was moist, mildly sweet with bits of pork and corn and SO scrumptious! They should sell it to take home. Lastly, the pork belly...ah, the pork belly; moist, tender, flavorful even without BBQ sauce, and then there's a Carolina gold sauce and a traditional tangy/sweet BBQ sauce on the side. Both are fabulous but the gold is my personal fave. I live in Denver and I swear I would make a trip to the Springs just for this place. Also, THEY CATER!! Seriously though, don't sleep on BC's BBQ because they are amazing.

After being in Colorado Springs for three years, and failing to find decent BBQ, I'm ecstatic to have stumbled upon BC's. It was the food truck that was at Lost Friend Brewing. Everything on my plate tasted like real Southern BBQ. The brisket was tender and delicious. I tasted the smoke! I'm thankful for FINALLY getting to taste BBQ again. Now if you could do Tex Mex lol.

Hands down some amazing BBQ!!! From the cornbread to the brisket, pulled pork, loaded mac, and good lord the Green Chile Rice!!! Dat aint right....rice is not supposed to be that good! Randy and Sarah are amazing people! Who would have known how much we have in common. Cannot wait to see you all again! Definitely didn't lose any weight today. Haha

Absolutely incredible. The brisket was DIVINE, the thick slices just melted in my mouth. Their menu is so creative and fresh. All their items are made from scratch, and you can tell they put a lot of love into it. The owners are so friendly! You really need to give this place a try. Total hidden gem!

Holy cow! Truly incredible barbecue. Absolutely the best I've had in Colorado and beats out some of the big names in Texas! The brisket was obscenely good, and the beef cheek was the best I've ever tasted. The consistency, flavor, smoke, and quality were truly competition/award-winning grade. If you haven't had competition brisket, this is the gold standard for bbq in Colorado!

You want delicious BBQ, just go. We came towards the end of the night and the owner Randy served us and explained they were sold out of multiple things, so we chose lean brisket, pulled pork, and barbacoa for our meat and MAN WAS IT INCREDIBLE. SOOOO flavorful and fall off the bone soft. He even threw in some to-die-for burnt ends. We got the jalapeño slaw (could have kicked up the heat a notch), loaded corn bread (dense and moist), green chili chicken rice (perfection), and the cuke slaw (OMG it was perfect, almost buttery. Could eat everyday). Randy even checked on us later and we got to try the banana pudding (REAL bananas, almost a custard). Incredible family business with mouth-watering food.

Randy!!! Your food was amazing, the stuffed cornbread was something I will talk about!!! And the Mac n Chesse was amazing, it was so delicious. As well the cauliflower burnt ends????. This was some of the best I've had.
