As someone who grew up in Texas, I can’t praise the quality of BBQ from BC’s enough. Every cut I tired was super tender and the rubs and smoke brought impeccable flavor! On top of that they serve gold bbq sauce which sealed the deal as I have family from the Carolinas. Would highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried!
Stopped at Lost Friend Brewing and the BC Barbecue truck was there. I'm pretty picky on my BBQ; having said that BC's is legit. I got the 1 meat/2 side plate; pork belly with the white cheddar Mac and cornbread and MAN, I was not let down. First, the mac is absolutely DELICIOUS, noodles are perfectly boiled and the white cheddar is flavorful but not overpowering. After being in Colorado Springs for three years, and failing to find decent BBQ, I'm ecstatic to have stumbled upon BC's. It was the food truck that was at Lost Friend Brewing.
Everything on my plate tasted like real Southern BBQ. The brisket was tender and delicious. I tasted the smoke! I'm thankful for FINALLY getting to taste BBQ again. Now if you could do Tex Mex lol.
