Service was substandard. Felt bad for the waitress, as she was working 1/2 of the restaurant. Kitchen must be understaffed as well, as there was a long wait for food. Oh yeah, and the food was pretty average as well. And not in a good way.
My husband and I have tried other Mexican food restraunts in town only to be disappointed. The food, the service, management, can't be beat. The atmosphere could use a little brightening up, but it's very authentic. Bean Bandit has catered to several of our family gatherings and the service has been wonderful. Keep up the good work Bean Bandit staff. You are our #1 go to.
I've been dining at the bean bandit for atleast 13 years, I still believe it's the best Mexican restaurant in colorado springs, food is always consistently fresh and delicious, atmosphere is excellent, the waitstaff is always friendly and professional. I would recommend it to anyone who loves good American Mexican food.
