Updated Review: New owner, the food remains great and they reduced the beer prices, but the new owners want to pull all the taps, which was what made this place special. We will attempt the new concept, but we came here to try 100 different taps and that won't be here much longer.

EPIC experience with delicious food and amazing staff! I reserved the community room for my husband’s surprise 50th birthday. Huge shout out to Emily who guided me through food options and special drink options to make the evening exactly what my husband would want. Emily also took care of our party of 16 for the event and everyone was impressed with the care and attention she gave us… truly catered to all of us!!! Additional shout out to the new chef and kitchen team … the food was amazing! I am beyond grateful and will make this a reoccurring restaurant for our family dinners and even date nights!!Don’t let the old reviews scare you… this place has new owners and new chef!!! Cool vibe, affordable menu, delicious food and amazing experience!

Good selection on drinks, alot of them were down and broke. Kinda a bummer there. Food was pretty good. Service seemed very busy with only having 3 tables. But was friendly. Same owners from other places we have been.

This was our first time to try this place, and we honestly enjoyed a great lunch! We had the Caesar with grilled chicken and the fish and chips. Outstanding! Emily served us and was equally fantastic. Will be going there more often! One warning! The serving portions are HUGE! lol! Go there hungry!

Had high expectations looking at the menu and building but the place was dead for lunch on a Saturday. Over priced food for the quality. Service was ok. Overall disappointing. Has the potential for a cool place.

At first I was worried that the food wouldn’t par well with the price but to my surprise it wasn’t terribly off for the cost. $20 for a burger is pretty steep, the elk and bison rib eye seem high for the amount of bone, the traditional beef rib eye is well priced and tasty. The incredibly overpriced item was the beer! This isn’t unique to this place any of the self pour taprooms seem to be incredibly overpriced. I struggle to understand this concept because at any other full service location you can try as many beers as you want before you order a full pint and enjoy. These self pour styles get to charge you per ounce as you taste! And yet grossly overcharge. .70 cents a once for a beer that in any other location would be $6 a pint? Wasn’t a terrible experience and we’d likely be regulars but $40 for 3 beers is ridiculous.

Everything far exceeded our expectations. Staff was great, food outstanding, great drink selection. We were there a bit early for the dinner menu, but they went out of their way to get it to us as soon as possible. Bison tomahawk, elk rib eye, mac and cheese, baked potato, beans, pork belly burnt ends...all amazing. We got some sausage from the butcher shop and can't wait to try it.Update: grilled the wild boar sausage to 165. OMG, so tender and delicious ?

Our family decided to celebrate Father's Day at Beasts & Brews, and will never return. Even though the restaurant was fairly empty- maybe 6 tables seated? - our server took over 45 minutes to take our order. On his way to the bathroom, our 9 year old son overheard the kitchen staff saying "mean things" about our family. Honestly, after 45 minutes of no service, the children weren't behaving great, so maybe we "deserved" to be talked about. Once our food arrived (over 90 minutes after we were seated), it was fine. We had a burger, some Mac and cheese, and a few other things that were all decent, but nothing that really wowed us. One option I wish had been available, and the restaurant might consider, is some "free refill" level drinks- the children could not have cared less about the fanciness of the sodas, and I was not interested in paying per ounce for cola. I understand the draw of a pay per ounce model for the alcohol, and possibly even craft sodas, but for families, a Minute Maid lemonade or Sprite would be a great option.
