Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano coasts on charm but stalls on substance.

Yes, the staff are warm and welcoming—like they’ve all been trained in the ancient art of smiling through disappointment. The location is solid, with plenty of parking, which is a minor miracle in 2025, the year of Uber-choppers and hover-meters. So kudos for existing in a place where people can still drive and park.

Now, about that $51 steak. I wanted fireworks, or at least a sparkler. What I got was more “Tuesday night at a chain hotel.” At that price point, the cow should’ve written me a thank-you note and massaged my gums.

And just when I thought we were living in the future, Biaggi’s yanks us back to 2012 with no touchless payment options. It’s 2025—my wristband can start my car and open my garage, but here I’m handed a leather folder with a pen like I’m closing a mortgage.
And Sorry, I’m never comfortable handing over my credit card to anyone, be it my waitress.

In summary: smiles are free, the parking’s easy, the steak is tragically dull, and your card chip better work.

Caleb took great care of us in the bar. Food was delicious. Minestrone soup and spinach salad, wedge, tiramisu for dessert. All really good. Service made the experience even better. Focaccia Bread is always a winner, fresh and great to dip in the oil/parm/pepper mix they make.

This is our favorite place for our quarterly company dinner. Food is great. Service is spectacular. We love the private room.

My husband and I went here for our first year anniversary. Tyler (I think his name was) was a great server. The only reason for the 4 stars on service was because the lady that brought us to the table forgot to give us napkins. She was very nice, however, and moved us to a good table for us after we asked to be seated somewhere in a booth with less people around. The key lime pie I had was great and the Cajun pasta was delicious! I told my husband the focaccia bread was probably the best tasting bread I have had. Maybe I haven't had focaccia bread before or at least good foccacia, but it was soo good! The strawberry lemonade was also so good!! It's probably my favorite drink now that I have ever had at a restaurant.

The food was very good and the service was excellent. We had a party of 12, and they served all our food at the same time, and correctly processed all of our individual checks. The only negative was that it was so loud that I couldn't hear my vet when he called to give me results.

We got it as take out and everyone was happy with it . It was for my daughter's birthday so her being happy was the most important.

We had our holiday lunch there this year, and what a delightful experience it was. I had the Grilled Mahi-Mahu and bread pudding for dessert 😋 And one of the appetizers we ordered was the bacon wrapped dates...omg...to die for!! And I can't say enough about the service we received. Top notch!

Decent American Italian restaurant with some interesting, well prepared entrees and good presentation. The ambience is also good for dates and larger parties alike. Perhaps we had an off night, but our server forgot part of our order. She also didn't deliver our wine bottle until we received our entrees, not shortly after we arrived and ordered it. Overall, not a bad option for northern Colorado Springs though there are better, more established choices a few miles south.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is above average

Food was great, service was great. Only problem was not the restaurant's fault, it was the parking. Parking is horrible. Biaggis is located in a outdoor mall. The developers made parking lot too small for the amount of shops and restaurants.

Came in without reservations which seemed like an issue but the hostess the. Said they found a table. Our waiter was very helpful in finding something dairy free for my wife which the list is very very short. (A plant based butter option would take the allergy limited menu and help expand it significantly) I asked the waiter for his recommendation he led me to the scallop risotto which was amazing!

Only con is the limited dairy free menu. I didn’t hold this against them as it’s an Italian restaurant but again plant based butter would open the menu up a lot for these people. Home grown tap n dough is a great example of how to accommodate this allergy.

Hopefully in the future something more opens up as do to this the likely hood of my wife wanting to come back is slim.

Dietary restrictions: My wife being dairy free there was only one option without sacrificing a lot of a dish

Kid-friendliness: There’s a decent kids menu. If your child’s not a fan of a little spice the meatballs may not be the best thing for them
