pictures on website look NOTHING like actual food. wanted to try a burger place we hadn’t been to & it’s close to one of the worst burger places I’ve been to. also insanely over priced, MIGHT be worth it if it was about half of what they priced it

Oh what a sad little bundle of disappointment. I ordered the single with cheese based on the delicious looking picture. Alas, just a hockey puck on a bun. Two little pickles, two small slices of jalapeño, and two skinny little strands of onion all mashed into a bun. Don't take my word for it, look at the picture online then scope what I received. At the very minimum, I should receive a full refund. For full satisfaction, whoever produced this garbage and tried to pass it off for food should be summarily fired, banned from ever working in food service in ANY country, and forced to make a public apology on national television just before the presidential address. Never more, never more.

I had heard good things from others but will not be recommending it myself unless the owner gets ahold of this business. The fries were undercooked and there was no love in the burger. My square cheeseburger was a very salty, dry, smoky tasting, crunchy edges yuckiness. Order from anywhere else.

"Seasoned" fries were not seasoned and slightly stank. Ordered my two burgers on a brioche bun they came on Texas toast, "grilled" sweet onions were not grilled. There was no ketchup or BDB sauce on my burger. The meat was dry and overcooked everything was disgusting. Im sure there are some kitchen nightmares level of hygenic issues in the kitchen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Ordered two singles with cheese and seasoned fries. The fries came with absolutely no seasoning in them. The burgers were ordered with grilled onions and to be on Texas toast, was served raw onions and they were on normal buns. The burger patties were almost BLACK but somehow the burgers were cold and hard. ZERO stars.

Made us wait an entire hour then canceled the order. Straight garbage !

The burgers are delicious, juicy and flavorful. The ordering process is a little weird. It's actually inside the Dicky's but you can't order at the counter, you must order and pay online. You can eat it on site at their tables though. I'm sure once they get the kinks worked out, it will be a pleasurable experience.
