I came here a couple days ago and decided to try their food. I built my own burger and it was pretty good. The only reason I am not giving it five star is because it is a bit on the pricey end for what you get. The burger is kind of small and it will likely not be enough unlike some other places for the same price point like Skirted Heifer. My friend ordered a burger as well and wasn't enough for him either. Aside from the price, the burgers, atmosphere, and service is good. It wouldn't be my first pick for burgers but I still suggest you give it a shot.

Super greasy, like dripping out of the bottom of the takeout bag. Forgot one of the fries. Wouldn't have given me the drinks if I hadn't asked for them. Definitely not worth the price.

Wanted to like this place since the best burger place across the street was closed. But Bingo sadly doesn’t come close. Overcooked my patty and overpriced. $3.50 to add 1 egg?? $16 for just a burger and no fries?

Hamburgers were good except for my 7 year grandson's burger...it was so under cooked I could not let him it eat it. Our server never checked on us to see if our was okay. They were busy but not that busy. My wife gave him half of her Burger. Definetly disappointed.

We've gone here for years, have enjoyed it. However, over the last 8ish months we've gone and been very underwhelmed. To feed 2 adults and 1 child it costs $65 dollars for walmart quality burgers. Things on our order have been forgotten on multiple occasions. The quality and experience has drastically declined and prices have gone up. We've decided to stop going all together.

Bait and switching on the online menu.I've patronized Bingo Burger for years and never had an issue with ordering or getting my meal. However with their new ordering option online it does not seem to be honoring the items you order. I built and payed for a "build your own combo" however when I arrived in store it showed a different option without the side. I work downtown and only get so much time for my lunches so getting the incorrect order is inconvenient. When I called the store the staff member offered no assistance and I was stuck spending $20+ for a burger without fries or a drink. It may be that their pricing can no longer compete with the other establishments around them.
Not that great… update3 adults 2 kids.. restaurant apparently was understaffed.. but an hour wait for overly cooked food is nuts.. not kidding skip unless you are desperate!!Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are over priced and horrible look at picture for example

I can always count on these folks to make a most excellent burger. And I appreciate how they guard your food when you place a online order so nobody just walks up and steals it. Today I had the Steel City Burger, and it was perfect. It filled me up good. Thank you for feeding me.

It’s currently 7:44 on a Sunday. Their site as well as the sign out front says open until 8pm. All stools are up and the door is locked. Two employees looked up and made a tapping on the wrist motion as if saying look at the time. ITS 7:44pm!!!! I drove from falcon… 30 mins away.
