Drove all the eay out of my way to have lunch here with my family and it says they are open but when we got here the place is closed and under construction. Would have been nice if hours were updated. Was such a waste of time.

As someone who worked several years in a barbecue shop, I can comfortably say that I know barbecue. And this is barbecue. The ribs are fantastic, and overall the meat is tasty and juicy. I've never had a bad rib or dry meat from Bird Dog.And the service there is always fantastic. There were a few young gentlemen there tonight who made sure to take care of us.

Went in the Friday before Xmas and it was packed. The line moved quickly and the guys were super courteous, knowledgeable and kind. Got brisket, ribs, hot links, beans, slaw and fried okra. All was wonderful! Brisket has tons of flavor without the sauce as well as the ribs. Tender, smoky deliciousness. Okra got soggy but crisped it up in the air fryer and it was super good. 10/10 as always! Fed 7 very happy people!

Food is delicious! Definitely 4 stars and worth a try. Service is a category 3 due to the fact that one plate can cost 45-50 dollars and I completely understand the meats can cost a bit for 1/4 pound of rib, 1/4 of brisket, and half pound of pulled pork but, When you get the sides of Mac and cheese and coleslaw and it’s the tiniest spoonful. Thumbs down on that. It should be a heaping happy portion. I wonder if you eat in and make eye contact if it would be a better portion lol. This is our 3rd time for delivery because of the tasty flavor and still a let down on that terrible side portion part.
