BJ's Velvet Freez

We just recently discovered this gem and every time we ask our kids what they want for dinner their response is BJ’s!!!! We’re from the Midwest and LOVE the pork tenderloin sandwich. Fried mushrooms are a taste of home too. The child size dip cone is big enough for me - birthday cake twist is the best!! And the carnival crunch iceberg is amazing. Oh and the prices are amazing!! Our family can’t eat this cheap anywhere else for this quality. Seriously go & fall in love like we did!

This is a treasure of delicious nostalgia. If you remember DQ from the 90's or before: BJ's ice cream is better but has a similar flavor note that hits right in the memories for me. My only wish is that they had a way to take orders for the drive-through before reaching the window so that they could move the line slightly faster. Their cookie dough iceberg is my go-to.

Who doesn't love BJ's!!!

Vegetarian options: This place always has a line of cars but it's worth the wait. I enjoy French fries and a dipped waffle cone. Great comfort food!

I don’t know how I just now discovered BJ’s after living here almost 10 years but I’m so glad I did!!! We’re from Illinois where breaded pork tenderloin (BPT) sandwiches are everywhere and I thought Culver’s was the only place to get them here but we will no longer be going to Culver’s. BJ’s ice cream is better too! And I must mention our love for their fried mushrooms & ranch!! It feels like home. ❤️ We were also very impressed with their prices! Cheapest fast food our family has had in a long time but better quality.

This is outside dining only but with a view of the Peak. Best onion rings in town and for me the best ever. Love all the variety of ice cream toppings and the soft serve itself tastes great. I have tried all the dip flavors. My favorites are peanut butter and toasted coconut. Now working through all the shake flavors. Boston shake is a special treat. Also the pork tenderloin sandwich.
