Bought a bottle of whiskey during my visit. I made the mistake of not even looking at it. Once I got it home to put it on the shelf, I noticed how disgustingly cloudy it is. and I think the floaters come free.

Great. We stopped in and met Kim, the head distiller. We talked about the products, how some were made, and sampled a few. All the ones we sampled were very pleasant and reasonably priced. I will bring my wife along for a tour on some Saturday, she will enjoy the visit too.

Great people and some great Whiskey. I also have never had kegged cocktails before Joe introduced me to them and explained the science behind it all. I always thought he just multiplied the ingredients but there is so much more to making it taste great. Go check them out

Love Blackhat! The only way to go now is by tour on a Saturday at noon or 2:00. So worth the cost. We got to learn all about distillation of agave, rum and whiskey. And the tasting was superb with more than a dozen tastes. Yum! From whiskey to rum to agave to limoncello... we left with 5 bottles! So happy we finally got to try them out!

Blackhat also works with many nonprofits/charities/small businesses in the springs, which is amazing! They give you more tastings than expected, 10% off any purchase, & a shot glass or rock glass to choose from! It was WELL worth the money. All the staff was extremely nice as well! Super fun place to go support local!!

I got a whiskey tasting at a local store in Fountain, CO. I'm fairly settled on Rye whiskeys, but I gotta say, the blended whiskey that Blackhat Distillery offered today is damn good and at a really competitive price point. If you see it, try it.

Had it not been for the Yelp event I would have never seen this place! Such a tricky location but WELL WORTH IT!!! The people are so awesome and the drinks were awesome even to go! We will be planning many date nights!

Such a great experience here with a tasting of 20 different products. Great service and education from Todd. Very tasty spirits. My favorite was the Amaretto and Limoncello, (brightest flavor I've ever tasted for Limoncello!) Smoked aged Agave very sippable. Mixed drinks also available. Great place to relax!

What a fun place!! I stopped in while out running errands and was the only one there but I guess not that many people drink whiskey at 2pm on a Wednesday. Met Travis just inside and boy was he a delight to talk to! He told me all about the distillery, the selection of bottles they offer, educated me on some of the laws that just blew my mind, and told me all about what came in the Yelp elite event pack I was picking up.I tried a sample of their Bluefish whiskey and definitely had to by a bottle! Very smooth and bold at the same time. Travis said they were moving to a new location, near Nevada and Fillmore which I am stoked about since I'm more often in that area. Looking forward to the future of Blackhat and my next visit!!Thanks for a great midweek date night in!

Yes. The answer is yes, I would highly recommend coming here. The answer is yes I will be coming back. Just all around yes! A little zealous? Maybe. But why not be when something is worth it. Walking in, I was greeted with complete warmth and friendly smiles. I had received to go drinks for an event and the one I've tried made a believer in why quality drinks are talked about so much. I'm a wine drinker and don't drink cocktails very often. So this place made me scoot out of that comfort zone and welcomed me with open arms. The drink I had was called Kevinnnnn! Haha themed drinks for the event as stated, which was so adorable! It had whiskey, citrus, spiced honey syrup and orange biters. Everything is made in house and, I must say, I can taste the love! The drink was festive and perfect. I'm a light weight, and these were doubles so its one for me. But! I can't wait to try the other two. I can't wait to come back for date night.
