Good pizza

Seen papa murph I was like nah. Seen papa jons, meh. Looked at Blackjack Pizza and gave it a try. They have some pretty good deals. Evan took care of my order. Customer service,knowledgeable, and I left feeling good knowing my order was straight. I know it's pizza, but overall the food was bussin. Bomb salad, too. Yall did ya'lls thang

Ordered for a field trip that was 5 minutes away. I told them at the beginning of the call when I needed it and they said ok and took order and payment. Then at the end they said it would be delivered 30 minutes later than when I needed it. I guessed maybe it was because it was raining? We waited an hour and half past the time of estimated delivery with the only contact being me calling the place every 20 minutes because I had a bunch of angry teenagers. I kept being reassured it was coming, the guy was walking out the door, and we’d get extra food, etc. then it was idk where the guy is at and we need him back for more deliveries, we had a slow start today with a lot of orders. I understand however I wish I would have been told that before placing my large order that the timing wouldn’t workout instead of waiting until we were on the bus and having to cancel nearly 2 hours later.

Placed an order well before 9 o'clock with more than enough time to make it before they closed, show up to get my pizza and they said, oop, sorry, we missed it. We're already shutting down.We're not gonna make it. What kind of poorly ran shift, terrible customer service stuff is that? That's crazy!!

Absolutely incredible pizza with friendly staff and fantastic customer service! We were having an issue with our coupon and the owner called the store to let them know so we didn’t have to wait! So happy to have the North location by our house. Will be coming here extremely often!

Order Pizza and Salads from here quite a bit for my work guys. Every single time... AMAZING! The salads are so delish! Homemade ranch dressing that is out of this world! prices are great too and the owners are so kind! Thank you guys!

Blackjack pizza sucks. One of the worst pizzas in the springs. And they are so insecure about their crappy pizza that they forced a pizza food truck out of the parking lot who was only going to be there for 1 weekend for an event at Rainy Day Anime because blackjack was so butt hurt that they didn't get chosen for the event. Which can't blame Rainy Day Anime for not choosing Blackjack, once again, easily some of the worst pizza I've had since moving to Colorado. Don't recommend supporting this company at all.

Went to get me and my kids a smll pizza Sunday night and they charged me $22 for it and it was only 4 Peace's not going back to you guys

New management!!!
I went through the Blackjack app. I selected the large family deal, 2 large 2 item pizzas, cinnabar and Mt Dew. Both pizzas were identical. I received only 1 pizza, cinnabread and mt dew was delivered at full prices, no discounts.
I called the store, was treated with disrespect, and arrogance. No help or concern AT ALL!!! WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. I was a loyal customer for 3 years prior.
Management needs an attitude adjustment.

I never asked for free food, yelled or cussed. The man I talked to knows that fact.

When your response was you could not fix my mistake after the fact I said OK and hung up.

I wish I could give the manager zero stars, zero customer service skills when you try and talk to the managers they immediately go on the defensive and blame the customers blackjack pizza will never receive another dollar from me they need to be shut down if you don’t know how to manage a restaurant and effectively communicate with customers ZERO STARS / and let’s clarify since you want to lie now like a typical joke Colorado local your manager was rude zero consideration to answer questions or even try to resolve any of the issue if that’s how yall feel business should be ran fine then reports can be made to the city your trying to turn yourself into a victim when no one is attacking you my order could have been very easily handled but the first associate could not handle anything so they passed the call off to the manager witch was rude and condescending your in a busy to please people under any circumstance minus yes purposely giving away free food witch is not even a question even though there’s a chance y’all’s app glitched witch could have resulted in the coupon I was intending to use to not add to the order. And no one cussed at you so accept the fact that your a bad owner and you have bad management fill free to hide behind lies you probably are a Colorado local and don’t understand the first thing about caring about anyone other then yourself so hey I’m contacting the city and seeing what they can do to help make a complaint against you your manager so thanks for being understanding and a human being have a good one thanks for the crummy pizza and wings I still prefer Papa Murphy’s take and bake pizza over Blackjack’s pizza

Under New Management..... VERY POOR Customer Service. As in NO customer service. The tone of voice and attitude was beyond acceptable. An employee would get fired for this type of behavior. No more buying pizza from these folks ...there are alot of GOOD places to order from. Never again

For the third time in a row we got a Jackpot pizza that was not thoroughly cooked. The dough was still raw underneath the toppings.

The young man who helped carry the pizza and soda to my vehicle was extremely kind. For that reason alone, I'd go back.
