Garbage establishment. Just a gross place with gross staff, terrible ambiance, terrible drinks, and overall just absolutely trying to be something it'll never be. Anywhere else is better.

Eww x 100.

Id go literally anywhere else.

ANYWHERE!

Rude staff. We arrived around 8pm on a Friday and before I could even get a drink, a guy pushing a dolly of alcohol ran right into me, gave me and ugly look and kept going. No apology. We left after that and went across the street to cowboys. Much better!

PUBLIC SAFETY WARNING PLEASE READ THEIR REVIEWS. DO NOT GO HERE. Security at these bars is behaving aggressively toward customers especially towards black people— and ownership refuses to take accountability.

Shame on Kathy Guadagnoli, the owner, for ignoring years of public complaints about her security making people feel unsafe. She owns Blondies, Mansion, Gasoline Alley, and Cowboys, and based on our experience and other reviews, this culture is consistent across her establishments.

We were out celebrating our friends’ engagement. At first, Blondies was fun. Then my boyfriend went to the restroom. While he was in the stall, a security guard began banging on the door, ordering him to leave for “suspicious activity.” No one had even entered the bathroom while he was in there to supposedly “report suspicious activity” as the security guard claimed. He had already been patted down at the entrance and had nothing on him.

We cooperated and left immediately without arguing. Our group of 15–20 walked out together. I stayed beside the guard asking what was going on. His only answer: “We’ll talk outside.”

Once outside, he still refused to explain — then suddenly shoved my boyfriend in what appeared to be an attempt to start a fight. Another guard had to restrain him, clearly aware his coworker had crossed the line. My boyfriend distanced himself, and I kept asking questions. Still no answers and the security guard just walked back inside to go find his next victim.

To top it off, Gasoline Alley then refused to let us in — without reason.

This was not just unprofessional — it was dangerous. No customer should have to worry about being assaulted by staff for no reason. According to many other reviews, this seems to be reoccurring.

Kathy Guadagnoli and your management teams: Do better. I doubt you’ll care about this review, but I believe and have witnessed karma work its magic — and it’s coming for all y’all in these establishments whom aren’t taking accountability.

We’ll be spending our time and money at better, safer places like COATI, Bloom, and Tiki Bar, where the environment is welcoming and respectful.

This bar takes the cake for the worst place to go in downtown Colorado Springs. Customer service was horrendous. One bartender lost my friend's credit card after opening a tab and then attempted to gaslight the both of us that he never gave it to them. Another was extremely rude and cussed out multiple customers blaming them for her own mistakes. The music was also absolutely terrible. Atrocious remixes of already great songs which explains the lack of people coming in. Do not recommend on any night out.

The atmosphere is super racist.
Security patted me down even though they didn't pat down any of the women I came in with. Additionally, they didn't pat down any of the white men that were walking in either. I'm a clean-cut African American veteran and they were just hostile the whole time. The bartenders are really nice and friendly though.
Also, security later approached me and told me to leave. I wasn't bothering anybody.
If someone doesn't want to have a conversation with me, I'm totally fine with that. Kicking me out because
someone doesn't like me is crazy though. Don't come here. After I left I, went to Mansion so that was weird because it's the same security team and owner. So if I was really a nuisance they wouldn't have allowed me in.

They are a mixed bag resulting in them being an average place. Drinks are alright, the atmosphere is really fun, but only when the rooftop is open. The main issue stems from questionable service. The signage online and in person indicates they close at 2. Me and some friends were playing pool and the employee rudely stopped our game and rushed everyone out at ~1:30. We had to pay for the pool game, and there was 30 minutes until the place closed. Even putting service aside, I highly recommend skipping this place as there are other bars and such that are significantly more fun.

Great vibe cool people. Definitely good place to hook up. Plus nice bonfire on second floor with nice smoking area

My only complaint is the drinks are a little pricey. $7 for a glass bottle beer and $9 for a rum and coke.

I had an awful experience in mansion were I was followed to the bathroom by security as a women I found that very uncomfortable and this place was the same so if you want a place to vibe in downtown in Colorado springs please go to Cowboys. These 2 places are weird abd there are also prior reviews were they state they were roofied here so BEWARE.

Every time we attempt to go here it is a disappointment. They have the dumbest rules. My boyfriend wore a white shirt one time and they denied him coming in. Every week they make new rules and the rules are so random. I truly hate going there. I've never had a good experience with then and will never go there again.

I was there with friends last night when I had to use the bathroom, so I went and asked where it was. They decided to kick me out because I was a bit drunk. I would have left no problem AFTER I used the bathroom, but they didn’t let me use it first!! I wasn’t being rude or belligerent. Have some compassion for people!!
