Went into Blue Mountain Creamery today and was welcomed with a smiling face and a glorious selection of ice cream. The employee working there was very nice and was very helpful. Had a wonderful experience here at Blue Mountain Creamery and recommend anyone looking for a sweet tooth fix to go and enjoy their made in house, ice creams.

I thoroughly enjoy working for the creamery and do encourage people come in and give it a shot. The owner, while having been talked about a lot recently, is not what the media portrays him to be. I beg anyone who sees this to not support this business, there are much better and kinder ice cream shops here in Springs that are so much more deserving of your time and money! As others have stated, the owner, my previous boss, is not a good person. All of the employees here, which are mostly college and highschool students, are not treated well or respected at all and I can say that without a doubt from experience. The owner, again as others have stated, is a scammer and on one occasion bounced my pay check days before I needed to pay rent and would not pay me what was taken until I haggled him about for multiple days and hardly got back any communication on it. I only got paid back after showing multiple pieces of evidence for this massive error, and it took days and hardly no communication on his part for it to happen, days after my rent was supposed to be due. I'm more lucky than others, because I know past employees have flat out not been paid for their service which can be shown by KRDO news reports on the owner and his absolutely shady business practices. Do not support this establishment and give this man more money because that's the only one who is benefiting from it. The Gelato was pretty good, but I've had better here in town. The staff gal was helping other people. They could have used another person on staff to serve the customers.There didn't seem to be enough chairs for the tables there. The couch and chair of to the side was nice to sit at.

A man wearing a New York Yankees hat was griping out the only employee on duty when I walked in. He continued to do so while I was waiting to order. I could tell the poor girl was mortified, because she kept glancing over at me. Nothing about this is professional. If the employee was doing something wrong, it should be discussed behind closed doors, not out in the open and especially not while customers are waiting to order. I don't see this place lasting long due to his actions. My family has owned and operated a business for 14 years and this is not how you treat employees.

This is such a cute nicely decorated ice cream shop! The place had an arcade, a fancy recliner sofa, and great ice cream. I got the chocolate chip chocolate ice cream and it was creamy, sweet, and the chocolate chips added a different texture. I also got the expresso gelato which was bitter by itself but with the added chocolate chips it balanced out the bitterness making it good. There were not that many flavors but the employees were super nice.

They were patient and kind with my granddaughters, who were a little bit overexcited about all of the delicious flavors. We were treated to some of the best ice cream we've ever tasted - you can really tell that it's made with care and attention to detail.After we finished our treats, we settled into a cozy little alcove with a love seat and some toys for the girls to play with.
