The bulgolgi beef fries are out of this world! I've also had just about every item on this Bobby's food truck by now and it's the best in town hands down! The owner is a true professional and it shows in his food and delivery!
Yummy food! Lots of amazing flavors in one bite. I ordered the chicken bulgogi gyro and the bulgogi steak philly. The gyro was fresh and light. As for the philly, flavors were great; it had a sweet and salty taste. My only critic would be to add green bell peppers on the philly. Overall, service was short and friendly and the food definitely satisfied my taste buds. Thank you.
Tried this food truck at the "Down To Earth" car show at the Empower Mile High stadium (one of Colorado's biggest car shows).I was blown away by the delicious food that this food truck offers! It's made fresh so the wait time was a bit long. But it was fully worth the wait! This Korean fusion creation was amazing and delicious! And a lot of food too!
