We came here today an hour before they closed so we weren't sure if they would be able to seat us due to the time, but our server Amanda had us seated and helped immediately. She was amazing and so kind despite being so busy! The food was out not even 5 minutes and was delicious. It was overall a really great experience, I will definitely be back!

Fun cafe with excellent food and service. Our waiter was very attentive and fun to talk to. The menus are a nice touch. The food was just what you would expect, good cafe food. The bacon was definitely too salty, but everything else was great.

The food is an average of $15/per person, and it is not a lot of food.
We found a HAIR in our foooood and when we told our waitress, Amanda, she chuckled (like it's common) and told us she wouldn't be able to comp our food. We said we didn't want it comped and to please remake it.
After talking about how she responded to our fun find, we decide thst we didn't want it.
We told her we were leaving and she told us our food was $36. I told her we weren't going to pay for the food with hair in it, and it was due to her response. She threatened to call the cops, which we matched back with: "go ahead". She brought up the owner and how she doesnt care how the food was messed up. [The owner] doesn't take items off the bill. We told Amanda we didn't care and that we'd happily wait for both the cops and the owner.
She fiiiinally agreed to charge us for the food that didn't have someone else bodily sheddings and we asked for a box. "Oh, no. If you aren't going to pay for the other plate, you can't take your food to go."
Uhhh if we're paying for gross food, we're taking it or we aren't paying.
More back and forth, and she finally agreed.
Terrible service. I should complain to the owner directly

We walked right in and found a place to sit. Our server greeted us and took our drink orders. By the time she returned with the drinks, we were ready to order.
We all got different things. The pancakes were huge and fluffy. The biscuits and gravy were a generous portion, as was the eggless option. My salmon bennie (benedict) was yummy!
I'm told that weekends are busy, busy and you have to wait for a table so we were lucky and happy with our choice.
Overall, a great find that I'll go to again when I'm in town.

Bon Ton's is a long-time, local favorite, hence the 5 stars. However, post covid, it has started to slip a little in expectations...just little things, like, the food isn't super hot sometimes and the green chili is a bit too tangy, in my opinion.
Still, it deserves 4 stars because:
-The menu is huge
-They offer some vegan and vegetarian options.
-Tim is fantastic and hustles around! Seriously, there couldn't be a better waiter.
-The atmosphere is fun. I love sitting outside, even on chilly days.
I highly recommend the sweet potato and kale hash or a breakfast burrito smothered in green chili.

This was a pretty pleasant experience. Will 100% go back here eventually. We stopped in about an hour from closing. They were friendly and made the best food and drink suggestions.

Service is hit or miss. The mamosas don't taste good. The food is usually really good, though, and the outdoor seating is a vibe. The espresso machine was not working.

Ample outdoor seating and good service! The food was well made and fresh! I would recommend the Sante Fe Breakfast Burrito and French toast! Pay for parking, so be prepared for that!
