If you want some tasty treats, but treated badly and have really poor customer service experience, then please come here. To say that the staff is rude is an understatement. They really need help in the customer service department on how you talk to customers. Especially when they are unfamiliar and need help with an order. Bakeries nowadays in this town is a diamond dozen. Do better.

The friendliest staff and best selection of tasty pastries for everyone. Coffee cakes and gluten free items.
My sister in law and I were looking for a birthday cake for her 5 year old daughter. Never been here before, so my sister in law wanted to ask a few questions and was cut off mid sentence and the lady behind the counter was SOO RUDE! She shook her head at us while talking and we just turned around and walked out. Don’t work with the public if you have no personality. Rudest person ever at 9:00 am! Awful first experience. Would not recommend!

The selection is becoming terrible. Cakes slices are dry. I had a slice of key lime pie and it didn’t taste that good. Came back today and again nothing appealing. My wife ate a tart and I had a cup of coffee. From being regular customers to now becoming a maybe if in the area only.
This place just smells incredible. The display case is always so impressive. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The coconut dessert is my favorite

Delicious treats! I picked a variety of things to share at a work gathering and everyone really enjoyed everything. I really don’t think you can go wrong: close your eyes and point to something. You’ll be very happy. Service was friendly and efficient. They also have a nice seating area to enjoy your goodies. I was there for the sweets but they also have bread!
Loved the cherry and cheese bakery item I had, I think they called it a Plunder...I can't actually remember, but it was delicious!! The Peru medium drip coffee was very good! Next time I'm in Colorado Springs I'm coming back.
This is quite the busy little bakery. The interior is larger than I expected with a decent sitting area if you want to enjoy your purchase and drink some coffee. The staff were very helpful. Since it was our first visit, we had several questions, which they patiently answered. We ended up getting three items, and my wife also ordered a cappuccino. Everything was delicious!I think the prices were very fair, especially for the quality of the desserts. And people must enjoy them. At 1:30 on a Monday afternoon, there was a steady line of people. There is plenty of parking in front of the store and along the one side near the gas station. This is a great place for an afternoon snack, especially if you have a sweet tooth.
