Boston is always bomb, good rated 10 of 10. This time, I went it was 3 out of 10. They were out of everything for sids, the meat was dry, and customer seevice sucked!

They're back in business after a week or so closed. I always have the meatloaf. It's okay. Not worth the almost $15.00 you pay for a 2pc. meal. Probably not going to go anymore.

Marked open but we could not get inside. No signs marking close on the outside of the building. No idea what's happening here but should probably be marked closed if closed. Wasted a good amount of gas for this.

They refuse to honor coupons that are put out for their restaurant. They think it is ok to change the rules for the coupon to what they want. I will never eat here again. They are horrible people.

Googled this location.Drove from garden of the gods just to get there. Got there (location didn't seem like the best part of town, so maybe its for the best) and even though Google said they were open and their company website said NOTHING, they were closed at 4 pm on a Tuesday. Even all the signage on the doors and windows is super misleading as it states they are both open and closed.Very disappointed as we are from out of town and havent had Boston Market in decades. .

Have ordered a few times on request of family, employees are always incredibly rude but today (7/20/23) has been the worse. Ordered online, everywhere states they close at 10pm, I arrive at 6pm and... they are closed. Doors locked, no one inside or anywhere and my money already taken from my account. Going to call and try to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

When they reopened a few weeks ago after being shut down for tax evasion, they were out of almost everything. Today, we ate there and it was horrible. The food tastes nothing like it use to. The Chicken was over cooked, dry and had absolutely no seasoning on It. We use to love their mashed Potatoes, but now they are using tasteless instant potatoes. We will never go back. Too bad because we use to love Boston Market, although this one always had bad service.

Don't waste your money. They were out of 3 popular items, only fountain drinks even though they offered ones with a lid, had none. Chicken was dry. Meatloaf tastes like dog food. The mac is funny. Out of simple chicken nuggets as well. Waste of money. First time here and will never come back.

Soooo bad. First time eating Boston market. They were out of items that were on the door dash order that we picked up. When my wife showed up they told her the list of items that they weren't going to have and what they were choosing to replace it with. The chicken was the most dry chicken I've ever had. Which should be impossible for rotisserie chicken! The meat loaf and potatoes were like a cheap frozen dinner. The ceaser salad was gross and wilted. The cornbread was the best part and that could essentially be given away for free. Never eat here. Has to be one of the worst restaurants in the springs. I see them closing soon.

I would love to give a review of the food, but I could not, because they had no meat. they told me their truck had not come in, and they only had sides, which look like they had been sitting there for hours upon hours. The gentleman at the counter had no interest in anything I had to say like why are you even open his ponytail spoke for itself he just walked away and went to the back and did nothing. The lack of service was enough to just have me walk out as far as ambience there was none just like there was no food.

We don't have a Boston Market in Augusta so when we see one in the area, we try to go there. We had concerns about this location when we pulled up and were the only customers in the lot. We looked at the offerings and they were out of new potatoes which is a favorite. They said there was a 15 minute wait so we got green beans which were flavorless. The sweet potatoes were good and the rotisserie chicken was good. The Mac and cheese was runny and the cornbread was cold and hard. After we paid $33 for a rotisserie chicken and 3 "family size" vegetables and got seated, they set out new potatoes and a fresh pan of cornbread. We drank water. My wife took the cold cornbread back up to get fresh the girl just microwaved our old bread. The family size sides are maybe enough for 2-3 people, tops. They are more expensive and half the size since last visit. While there only 3 - 4 other customers walked in. This location is doomed unless they get their act together very quickly.
