Great portion size for the price. Flavor is on point! Rib sauce was fabulous with molasses undertones. Delish!

I really don't understand how the rating for this place is so high. I thought I've had dry ribs (not dry rub, we ordered them wet) before today, but man was I wrong. The meat was so tough and rubbery they were just inedible. The service was lacking what I would expect but it seems the service industry in this country is going that way. To top all of that off, the bourbon menu was all over place price wise; they seemed to be pricing based on how "scarce" something is and not based on it's actual suggested price/quality... perfect example, $25 a pour for Blanton's, a subpar bourbon with a MSRP of $56.99. I get they are going to make money off a bottle, but this seems criminal... it's over a 700% markup!

I surprised the wife with a spontaneous date night to a restaurant we haven’t been to in quite some time. I made reservations with Open Table for 6:15 and were seated pretty promptly at a high top in the bar area. The service went very well. The server was very attentive and filled up our waters multiple times. I’m always one to drink multiple cups of water; therefore, it’s always a nice touch to check on their tables’ drinks levels. We were famished and I in particularly ordered the onion rings as an appetizer along with the bourbon glazed salmon and exchanged the spinach to have tater tots. I also ordered a side of waffle fries. My wife ordered the Double Bacon Burger with Mozzarella Mac & Cheese. She thought the most and cheese was definitely worth her choice as the side dish. It lived up to the hype in her opinion.I enjoyed the salmon and rice. The salmon skin was flavorful and the entire salmon was tender throughout. A refreshing tasting salmon is always a pleasant experience and this one delivered. The cilantro rice was heavy on cilantro and the tater tots were extra crispy. Both did there job and didn’t leave much to be desired. The crispy waffle fries were graciously seasoned and had great texture.Shockingly though the star of the day was the appetizer - the onion rings. $12 is definitely a premium for onion rings but they were the BEST onion rings I’ve had in Colorado Springs. The batter is not too oily or overpowering and the onion they use is solid. Each bite allowed the onion and batter to equally come off. This allows a pleasant experience with not to much of one element. Phenomenal job and the sauce they have for the onion rings needs to be duplicated. Phenomenal complement.Overall, it was $91 after tip, but please note that this was well worth it. Elevated experience from the service to the food and definitely the right choice was made for the spontaneous date night. Can’t wait to come back!

Well I'm from Louisiana so tasting bread pudding that comes close to grandmother's was a pleasant surprise. A lot of restaurants get it wrong but Borbon Brothers got it right. However I think the real dessert was my waiter Mike with the bald head was very attentive. I didn't have to wonder where he was or if my food was coming. He keep me abreast of the whole process. Definitely coming back.

We went on Easter Sunday and it was not very busy. The hosts and waiter were rude and weird acting. The waiter rushed us out. The food was great but the experience was extremely uncomfortable, will never go back.

I have literally thrown away better barbecue. How you can both overcook ribs, and have them turn out tough as shoe leather, I don't know. I don't think I could mess them up worse if I tried. The brisket was dry and flavorless. The egg roll appetizer might as well have been nothing but garlic powder. And to sprinkle a little bit of cheese and bacon bits on top of eight tater tots and call it "loaded" is frankly insulting. The only food halfway worth eating was the cornbread, and you can get that a lot cheaper pretty much anywhere else. They have a really nice building, providing a pleasant atmosphere, but I would rather lick the floors in the men's room than eat there again.

The service was AMAZING! We got the Mac and cheese eggrolls and devil eggs. We ate them too fast for a full picture of both ? they were so delicious! I got a pulled pork BBQ sandwich with loaded mashed. Husband got the prime rib dinner offered the weekend of Easter. All of the food was great! We had wished the beer glasses were colder/frostier. Hubby also said the prime rib was a great cut, cooked perfectly, but that season was lacking. (More of a personal preference)With 2 apps, 2 meals and dessert, plus 4 beers we spent $140 (before tip)

My husband and I bring our family here whenever they come and visit. We love it here. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere & music selection is great, and the service is always friendly. Our food comes out promptly. We never have enough amazing things to say. Keri R was our server today and she was a rockstar. She took great care of us!

I just spent $130 on Easter brunch. There were nuts in the brownies, and they did not disclose this and the other person in my party had an allergic reaction, which resulted in me having to go to Walgreens and get medication. When I returned, my adrenaline was so high, I couldn’t even eat. We were still charged the full price and we didn’t even eat our meal. no discount was given, nor was any apology.

Read alot of reviews before coming here and quite a few mentioned the price value compared to what you get, and they were right. The food isn't bad, but for what you pay it is. Came here for a mid afternoon lunch/snack and got the Mac and cheese egg rolls and the bbq nachos with chopped brisket. The Mac and cheese egg rolls were pretty good and the bbq ranch was delicious actually, but $15 for them seems a bit much. Bottom line though they were pretty good. Now, we got the nachos and we expected them to be mind blowing for $20, but they were anything more than meteokre. Hardly any cheese sauce and the little bit that was on them was almost cold, the jalapeños are canned and lacked all flavor, and the chips were nothing special. The brisket was okay, very slight smoke flavor but very dry. There were also more chips to toppings. Had to ask for sour cream, as they don't come with anything apparently. Honestly I wouldn't have paid $10 for these if I had known, if you're going to charge $20 step up your game, and if you're charging $20 because it had SOME chopped brisket on it, its not that good. All and all for these two appetizers and 1 beer we paid about $50 with a tip for the waiter who was pretty good, but even he was lacking training. I asked him about a specific beer and he simply just said he didn't know because he wasn't old enough to drink. Okay, understood but couldn't you go find out? A tavern...and I ask about a beverage and I get nothing, doesn't seem proper. This place might be good if you aren't a foodie who enjoys fresh ingredients and personable experiences, but if you're looking for good food and not just a cool looking place-which it definitely is cool looking, I would try something else.Parking: Plenty of parking

I experienced this restaurant by coming to a 60 minute speech and a combination of choices of dinner plates chosen by the restaurant for us to choose from so I chose beef and mash potatoes with mushrooms. First time eating at Bourbon Brothers.
