We were visiting Colorado Springs during Thanksgiving week and found this place in Ivywild School. The place was spacious and busy on Friday afternoon. Our server was nice. My husband and son enjoyed their beer.
I love what they've done with the place! Possibly the best setting for a brewery that I've seen (and I've been to a few). Really like the way they've set up businesses-within-the-business so there's variety as you explore.

Wonderful family gathering place. Food is good, albeit pricey. Beer is fantastic, and the servers are more than happy to explain the menu with you and provide you with samples of their draught beer before obliging yourself to a full pint. Free tabletop shuffleboard and dogs welcome on the patio. They also have a nice store for Bristol gear and treats for humans and dogs. Bristol hosts numerous events in their taproom and partners with other vendors, organizations, and charities...
