We waited almost an hour for two appetizers, we said something to the waitress before we received our food and after we got it barely warm, the manager came up and instead of making it better she said our food took only 11 minutes. It really made us mad and I didn’t want to eat for sure at that point. Somehow she tried to make it our fault. I told her people don’t go out to eat to have a bad experience or have to be upset. I walked through the restaurant before our food came and only two tables out of 12 had food.
I will say this the servers are awesome and great and attentive. But i dont really see the appeal. The food is alright like its good meat. Probably some of the best meat on a burger that I've seen. But nothing is flavorful or memorable. The atmosphere reminds of a air quote as if they came up with this a sophisticated red robin. Kicker is red robin is still better than these jokers. When I think about them nothing happens to my mouth when I think about red robin my mouth starts to water. Over priced for what you get.
Edit. I came back here I know people would ask why would I continue to put myself through this torture. However I am bound by 1000 burning suns to have to come here. But this time I got the ribs. Don't do it. They were sauced but even then it was still very dry and almost like jerky over priced as usual. Honestly the mashed potatoes were banging. The steamed broccoli was not even all the way done. I will leave my orginal review and rating as same accords to the atmosphere and the service was impeccable. Till we meet again.

Been here 4 times now, and each time we've left feeling like we should have crossed the street and gone to Chili's. The food isn't bad, but I don't really think I'd say it's good either. It's the ultimate chain restaurant kind of food, expensive drinks with barely any alcohol. Even Applebee's is better, and at least their drinks are cheap enough that you can eventually enjoy the atmosphere. At Bubba's, I'm pretty sure you can only enjoy the atmosphere if you're super into sports and don't want to converse with your friends/family. I don't normally mind sports bars, but this last time, they were playing the game so loud we had to resort to using our phones to have a conversation at the table since we couldn't hear each other without yelling.
Service has always been good, so no complaints there. Just wish they'd make it less loud and work on improving the quality of their food and drinks. But we'll probably still go to Chili's at this point.

Super loud, fries were too salty which was sad cause they seemed perfectly fried but they took care of the fries I just wish I got more broccoli when the serving of fries is so much more than a tiny cup and I could have eaten a bowl of it.

On June 25, 2025 my family went out to this restaurant for dinner and to celebrate a birthday. Right off the bat we could tell it was extremely busy, more busy than we thought it would be for a Wednesday night. Myself and 2 other members of our party arrived last, we put in our drinks last, yet when drinks came, mine came first, which made no sense as the rest of the table had already been there several minutes and put in their drink orders well before we got there. Service was slow too despite how busy it was, at least with our server. Appetizers came out, without plates. Entrees came out, all but one, my 9 year old nephew (my niece got her food with us) had to wait several minutes for his food. Just before we got our food, however, they stopped the music playing in the background and changed it to broadcast over the sound system the NBA draft. While that would be fine, the issue was the sound level. It was extremely loud. A lot louder than the music was playing. You had to yell at people just to hear them! When my sister in law went to talk to someone about the sound level, someone else was talking to the manager and had said that they got them to turn it down. That may be true it did seem very slightly lower. But the commercials were extra loud and it felt louder again by the time we left. I don't mind a noisy restaurant, but having something on far louder than normal is not right, i shouldn't have to practically yell at someone across the table just to have them maybe hear me and have to repeat myself multiple times till they fully get it... On top of that, some of my food really didn't taste good either. By that time, i was done dealing with a server who was slow and acted like she didn't know anything. I do not think we will return to this restaurant again after this experience.

Tried this place for dinner last night. If you are looking for a loud and busy sports bar, then this is the place for you. For me, it was just a bit noisy and the food was just okay. I met two other people and we all ordered salads. The salad I had was the crispy chicken salad. It was huge and I had a lot to take home. The flavors were just okay. Nothing special about the meal. I also ordered the curly cheese sticks for our table for an appetizer and those were also just meh! No big complaints, but I doubt I’ll return for another meal here.

The food is always delicious here. I've had many different options and nothing has disappointed. We've always went around dinner time but they have some excellent options for brunch too. Their menu has so many options! Definitely one of our favorite spots
