They keep changing the menu. Specifically this time was the shotgun shrimp. Instead of covering the shrimp in sauce as it has been for 10+ years now you want to drizzle them because other stores have had a lot of complaints. Guess what we in Colorado springs actually like flavor. This isn't the first time you have changed the menu items or their preparation.
If It wasn't for your wonderful bar staff such as Kristin, Mikayla, Gentry, Jess and a few of your servers I probably wouldnt come all the way across town to bother with this place.

Sat is right away. It was freezing outside and we got sat on the covered patio under a heater. It was perfect. So warm! Kim was our server. Super nice, friendly, prompt, not clingy, great waitress!
I had the blackened blue cheese burger and aside salad. Beware the side salad comes with potato chip shavings on it. They were tasty, but unexpected. The burger was really good. Blue cheese was delicious and it was cooked perfectly.
My buddy had the habanero burger and fries. He said it was spicy but not hot. Really solid food.

Stopped in for lunch on a snowy day. This place is almost always busy but midday on a snowy day we were seated right away. I got a black bean burger and my husband got the shrimp po boy. Both were good. They have so many menu items so almost anyone could eat here. I also highly recommend the strawberry mule because it was delicious. I will say that the fries had a good flavor too for normal bar-food type fries I was pleasantly surprised. Our server was great as well!

If you want multiple pairs of dirty hands touching your food come here. Literally have got sick every time i have eaten here. EVERY TIME I COME i watch multiple people touch my food and multiple people who don't wash their hands touch my plate before i recieve it. The staff at this place is definitely UNSANITARY and WILL get you sick to your stomach. ADVISE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT CARES FOR CUSTOMERS HEALTH!!!!

Hands down the greatest dining experience we’ve ever had! Only issue we have is that we can’t have Cliff wait tables at the other restaurants we go to. He was so amazing fast and helpful! The manager even stopped by to say hi and see how everything was. Service was so fast and I can’t say how great the food was. The pictures don’t do justice because we started eating before we took pictures. We even got a sampler to go. Perfection! Ask for Cliff if you can, he crushed it!

We love bubba's! We come all the time and tonight they had an off night and got our order wrong. When I called, they were so polite and took care of us! We love them even more now. They do great things for the community and the food and staff are amazing 🤩
