If you want to go somewhere to feel completely unwelcome where the employees act like you’re an inconvenience to them for simply existing, while they also provide zero help or guidance, Bubbles N Bites is the place for you!

My review is strictly about the Labubu purchase, not the food. The business advertises that they sell Labubus and Lafufus. I made it clear I was only interested in authentic Labubus and was told they were $60. The price wasn’t the issue.

When I got home and unboxed the figures with my daughter, I immediately realized they were fake. I scanned the QR code and it led to a site that closely resembled Popmart’s authentication page, but with a small error popmait instead of popmart. I also noticed poor stitching, which was another red flag.

I returned the items and received a full refund. The young man asked how I knew they were fake and when I explained how I knew they were fake, he then admitted he’d bought them from someone on Facebook Marketplace. In my opinion, if you’re going to sell collectible items at double the retail price, you should at least verify their authenticity first.

This store is connected to the Kawaii shop in Citadel Mall, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re selling fakes there too. Just be careful and do your own checking before buying.

The horchata bobba was pretty good

We frequent this place for late night boba and snacks, enjoy the cute little items they sell too. Although most of our visits weren’t friendly, we usually don’t mind - just order and grab our food and go. But tonight was different. We ordered, got our boba, and waiting for our dumplings. After a while of waiting, my husband kindly asked to check on our order. We were responded with a snarky tone and she said, “We have other customes too!!!” There were a group of teenagers that had just walked in and ordered. We were not pressuring them with our order but simply checking if it even rang up or even being made in the first place. A simple, “let me check” would have sufficed but the unnecessary tone and remark was not appreciated at all. Makes you wonder if they even train their workers on manners on how to speak to customers.

I got a mocha drink today and it was actually the best thing i have ever drank and i am already missing it

Awesome place to visit, and the drinks are very good, highly recommend it!

Cannot review anything since I came to the place after being open for nearly what should have been an hour and no one is inside. There is a help wanted sign in the window, but maybe change the hours for when someone will actually be in so no one wastes their time. I came up all the way from Fountain, what a bummer.

Hours on door are apparently wrong. They're dead closed at 3pm on a Sunday. Saw several other people walk up and try the door before we went elsewhere.

Great Boba and drinks. Cute place for family time

My sister didn't get her cream cheese topping, and despite ordering completely different drinks, they both tasted like slightly sweet tea. The boba was nice and chewy, but if I order a mocha drink, I want chocolate, not tea. It was also so icy and not well blended at all. My sister's drink was supposed yo be caramell, and just like my chocolate drink was just tea flavored. The pictures look nothing like the real drink, and honestly, I'm not sure where these tapping are supposed to go if there's a sealed plastic top. I didn't even want the chocolate drink, but I thought, how could the mess up such a simple flavor? They were out of nearby everything, and everyone had to get an alternative because they didn't have the ingredients. We were charged waaaay too much for plain black tea.

So I love this place and this product, however I can’t give them a five star review because of the service that was received tonight. I called ahead to place my order and let the staff know I would be there before they closed, which was met with some attitude. When I showed up. I was also met again with attitude, and the very dark haired girl with glasses said “sure wish we were paid overtime…”, and scoffed. We even managed to leave before closing time. I regret tipping them and wish I could get it back. Oh, and they could cook the tapioca a little longer ;-)
