The drinks were nice but the boba was chewy and hard. The lobster balls were inedible and we had to throw the entire box away. The chicken wings were slimy. The chili oil dumpling were the only edible food there. The atmosphere was nice but it was huge rip off and we will never go there again.

Really loved the closing crew on March 9. Those guys were really nice. The weekend closing crew not as much. Blonde guy is always saying they are out of things or when making food always give a really low amount. Asked for bubble waffles today and they gave them to me with powder and all the weekend guy just gives it to me in a baggie with an attitude. Will definitely start going on weekdays now.??

Cute place. Great tea. I loved their snacks. Pretty cool spot for the kids for lunch time. I like it.Kid-friendliness: Not necessarily toddler friendly unless you watch them carefully, but for younger children who are behaved, it's a cool place.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to my requests and helped me pick flavors for replacement of drinks they ran out of. I got 2 Hokkaido milk tea, a matcha milk tea, and the Sakura milk tea. I was told that the Hokkaido would have brown sugar drizzle but both of the ones I got had none. I also got 3 chocolate bubble waffles, some of the bubbles were fluffy but some still had some uncooked batter in the middle. Only 1 of the 3 actually looked decent, the other 2 was small and broken apart. Wished they kept their popcorn chicken as it was my favorite from their menu. I was also charged for boba with the large Hokkaido but never got it and only got the cofee jelly...Overall, the staff was probably the best part, the food and drinks are more on the pricey side and were very disappointing.(Everything I got was about $53 without military discount)
