$11.49 for a medium sized basket of chicken strips, literally one French fry. It took more than twenty minutes for this small order, and no other orders finished before ours. Thr chicken was tepid and not crispy, as if it were just sitting out on the counter without a heat lamp. Nice place . Clean rooms. Theme park prices and gimmicks Staff are confused about what to do. Sit down restaurants are pricey and not worth the price . The adventure park passes are not worth the price. Buy access to attractions like the amazing high ropes course individually. Waterproof is real nice. Their are weight limits and height limits for slides and they will measure and weigh you. No cashier. Every thing is charged to your room or available credit card.

Best Family Getaway Experience. The family and I had come here as the initial catcher was it was a water park attraction as both our kids enjoy being in the water. When we arrived we had received so much more not only were there different activities to do at the water park for various ages, but they also had non-water activities that they can enjoy doing. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay and were impressed by how the staff ran the facilities smoothly and professionally we plan on continuing to come in the future stays.

HORRIBLE service. Checked in at 2pm and room wasn’t ready for 3 hours. Don’t plan on getting in your room at 4pm for checking in. Plan on sitting in the lobby for hours, customer service just keeps saying they are working on it.

Came for my sons birthday and it was so much fun and so much to do so little time the pools were so awesome the rooms cozy and fun and clean i think we might make this a tradition for all of our kids

Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs has SO much potential, but it falls short when it comes to things for adults to do while they are there with their kids. It would be incredible if they would add a lazy river and hot tub to the waterpark. Kids would enjoy a lazy river too. If they could add those in the future, I'd definitely come much more frequently, especially as a local!

I thought this place was excellent. Very clean, classier type of people vs other water parks I've been to. Great area with lots of restaurants and shopping plus movies etc. Lots of things for the kids and just FUN. We had a beautiful balcony with a view of pikes peak. Surprising the kids with a stay here was epic.

We thought this might be a fun spring break getaway for our kids. We knew it would be overpriced, but we were not expecting bait and switches throughout our visit. 1. The parking lot is too small for the occupancy of this hotel. They conveniently add a paid option when the lot is full. There is more than enough land to develop a larger lot if this was at all important to them. 2. We paid for a balcony room facing west. We got a room overlooking the HVAC system and parking lot. 3. The rooms are small and hot. Our HVAC system would not cool down. At 60 degrees, with the fan on high, we were all overheating. We contacted them at 4am and didn't hear back until 8am when they responded that the rooms are weird like that. What? They then offered to send a maintenance worker a couple of ours before checkout. We told them to fix it for the next guests. 4. Nothing opens before 9am. Great idea for a family-friendly resort with young kiddos. 5. They had to "shock" the wave pool because of the p*** found in it. Apparently this happens a lot. 6. The machine that takes the tubes up the conveyor also broke several times leading to long lines and no communication 7. The "water park" is SMALL 8. They advertise that the water park is open to guests at 1pm before check-in. What they don't tell you is that there is no changing area if you want to use it before your room is ready, and nowhere to put your bags. 9. Don't waste your money on any of the passes. We asked to be refunded for two after seeing what was really offered. Note, the small candy cup is only free with the purchase of a $16 bulk candy. This is not how it's advertised online. 10. The arcade is one of the worst I've seen. We spent $35 for 10-15 games. Several machines were broken and ate your tickets. The prizes are also ridiculous... 50 tickets for a Halloween size package of Skittles. Chuck E Cheese is better. 11. Don't eat here. There is a great assortment of restaurants within walking distance. Colorado Mountain Brewery happens to be one of them. 12. Is everything overpriced, yes. Is the property clean, yes. Will you walk away feeling like this was a great experience? Not for us.
I am really disappointed with this stay. We got here and checked in about 1pm. They told us our room wasn’t ready. Finally at about 4:15pm I asked them to check on our room. They switched us to a lesser room overlooking roof with the hvac noise, etc and the phone didn’t work. Finally at 4:45 after complaining they put us in the room we had paid for. All that waiting time the girls were able to do a magi quest but couldn’t get in the pool because they won’t offer to watch your stuff so we had to stay with it and keep an eye on it for the over three hours they made us wait for the room. They made no offer of an upgrade or voucher. Nothing. This is our second stay but won’t be coming back.

Went to a Mystery Dinner at Great Wolf Lodge. First impression- huge barely furnished chaotic lobby full of children. Chucky Cheese atmosphere. Very little seating. Huge windows that would have had a great view if they weren’t so dirty. Food served by hotel at event was awful. Must have been cooked and plated days before and reheated. Dried out tough chicken, outer edges of rice dried so badly dried it was crunchy. Same with the cake. Might be ok for day visit with small children, but not for a nice adult event.

Finally get through to the Lodge an they tried to make hotel reservations . I repeated i would like a birthday party an ended up with 13 day pass reservations . Insisted we could change the reservation if needed on another day when sales was in. Then called back to make half day passes , that was against policy so called back to cancel all together an was told these passes are non refundable . an tried to charge 100$ cancelation fee. .. after 3 phone calls an a nightmare trying to get set up. Finally with a cancelation.. Was hoping to see the place but after this. I caNt imagine spending anything with this company ever..
