Buffalo Gals Grilling

My husband and I got married in March of 2023. Buffalo gals was one of the best aspects of our wedding. We could not get higher compliments over the food. The late night tacos were 100% a hit and needed as well! We had a last minute request to do something special with our cake and they had no qualms and hit it out of the park! It was simple but amazing. <3

BG catered our wedding at Hearth House and we were so pleased! The food was great and the staff were so kind and helpful! Many of our guests shared positive interactions with the staff as well!

Their staff was so incredible! I had guests text me after my wedding complimenting their service. The staff set my tables so beautifully and really made my vision come to life! Their attention to detail matched mine. Their food is also incredibly delicious! Plus a good variety to fit all food restrictions or vibe of the wedding! And best of all their pricing was fair in comparison to others on the market. Also, their presentation of food was incredible and they matched my vibe and decor. Communication with them was clear and easy.

Buffalo Gals catered our wedding up in the mountains last week. We were thrilled with their food and hospitality and so were our guests - tons of compliments on the food! We did the Santa Maria BBQ which was very cool for everyone to see the grilling happening right outside of the reception area.
From the beginning of the planning process to the day of the event, they were on point, professional, extremely responsive, and attentive to our desires and the details. They were wonderful to work with, and they really made our big day that much more enjoyable. Wouldn't change a thing. Thanks to Paul and Lexxie especially!

Buffalo Gals Grilling was an amazing choice for our wedding in June. The grill on site was so fun and allowed for the meat to be cooked perfectly and eaten fresh. Everything was so good and we are trying to find another excuse to use them again. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. Specifically Kathy and Paul were fantastic to work with. We 100% recommend Buffalo Gals for your event!

What an incredible team of women we were fortunate enough to work with last night. Vania was courteous, helpful, and incredibly hard working. Her team was absolutely fantastic and never stopped moving. From appetizers, to dinner, to gelato dessert, everything was amazing. Not only is their food delicious, but they put together a beautiful display that coordinates with the look of the wedding. Highly recommend Buffalo Gals!

I enjoyed some very healthy deliciousness for dinner tonight. It was a catered event.

Josh and I chose to have a small wedding, far from our home in Pittsburgh, PA. We chose Juniper Mountain House in Evergreen, Co, for our 30 guests.We booked buffalo gals/PB catering solely based on their menu shared online - because it is AMAZING. We literally booked food without ever doing a tasting - ever.We went with tri tip, chicken (only one guest got chicken), brussel sprouts, and mac n cheese.The tri tip was amazing. We had leftovers, and we it ate it for a week. We looked forward to eating it every day. Our guests were blown away by how good the food was - the tri tip and chicken was grilled on site! that never happens!Our wedding day was a snowy catastrophe. Our catering staff had to walk the food up the driveway, not drive it. No one gave us the impression they were having the worst day ever, they were super professional!
